We had our logo designed and brought to life, our uniforms with sublimation printed shirts, our invoicing letter heads designed and printed and also our vehicle signage done. Sent query through website, waited 2 weeks - nothing. Phoned and left message, waited 24 hours for call back. Eventually got to speak to someone (Sue) and she was so sorry for not responding. Requested a quote, (1 Dec) Sue stated she would provide by 4 Dec - still waiting. Maybe Sue made some assumptions without actually asking the questions first, but I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
Can't complain about the service, there is absolutely NONE.

Firstly, there was no deadline, load of rubbish, you agreed to provide quote but failed to do so, and you have made your own assumptions from a brief phone call. Next time have the guts to tell the person you are talking to that you do not want to provide the service.
