I approached BFX to buy a desk and chair.
I have a medical condition that prevents me from fitting mainstream desks and chairs (I needed something sized for an upper-primary school student). I'm a premed student, so sitting in study is pretty much my default state of being; I needed this desk and chair to be just right.
To my delight, even though BFX do wholesale, the Sales Consultant, Lucia, helped me with my single retail order. And by 'help' I mean 'above and beyond the call'. I must have exchanged about half a dozen emails with Lucia; if BFX is willing to pay that much attention to a single retail order, then just imagine how they treat wholesale orders.
Also, when I travelled to their Yandina warehouse to collect my two flat packs, I was met by two guys with a fully assembled desk and chair that they then packed into my car. I was stunned.

Micah and the team at BFX have done two major fitouts for us now and we have had a fantastic experience with both. Enquired as to the Happy Daze bench sets with tables. The BFX team, specifically Neil Charkow was great to deal with in placing the order. Had amazing communication as to delivery and order processing and even got a call from Glen in dispatch to tell me the exact times on the day that it would be delivered.
