21We use BFX for our school furniture and we have always had great service especially from our Rep Ken P. Ken and the team have also been a huge supporter of our growing school in the way of Donations during our school fairs each year.
Most reviews suggest the products are very good. Unfortunately I have not had this experience. Initially the price to deliver the chair was $185. Way too much money. That's over half the cost of the chair. When I called the staff were polite but could not offer better. After a few emails they dropped the transport costs to $30. Amazing difference. When I received the chair I went to assemble it only to discover the inserts in the seat were all different depths and one armrest was unable to be screwed to the seat. Very disappointing. After many calls and emails 2 weeks later another chair was delivered and the faulty chair picked up. This chair was better but still the screws were only just long enough. For over $300 I was not very happy with the quality. I've had the chair for about 6 weeks now and it's starting to squeak really bad. I can't believe it. I'm only 70kg so that 's not the problem!
The reason I bought this chair from BFX was because I wanted to buy a better quality chair and not the quality from somewhere like Office works where I bought my last chair which was nearly half the cost. I also asked where the chair was manufactured but they have not answered that question.
Doesn't reply to queries. Sent them an email. No reply. Sent them a fb message. Seen and no reply. EDIT - Since you replied here (albeit 2 months later) I will change my reply to 3 stars. And that's okay - I bought from somewhere else already.
Worst experience ever! Constantly following up quotes, no replies to queries, delivery was delayed (with notification given). It was always on us to follow up - it's a shame we had to use them. Andrew - you need some training in customer service 101! Definitely would not recommend

I have had the pleasure of acquiring office furniture for our dental practice over the last 3 years and have recently purchased again. I did all my homework checking out the difference office supply stores and glad to not have to do it this time. The Brisbane guys are helpful when I crazily breeze in with my requests and of course Phil the owner is always there to help and everything is done so promptly.
We have recently had a minor refurbishment of our school library. The BFX rep who looked after us was very efficient, courteous and prompt to answer any queries we had. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend BFX. Another bonus is that BFX is an Australian company.

Got my office furniture from here. Good selection, had what I needed, replaced it free of charge when it turned out to have a manufacturer's defect
