All staff have been very welcoming. Have followed up with text messages of support. Are keen to encourage you and show corrective ways for work out. Others members are also happy, encouraging and helpful. Highly recommend Luan, Casey and team at BFT.

A great place to train. The trainers are really knowledgeable, caring and push you to your absolute limits to improve your fitness and strength.
