Ordered 3 deluxe for take away and got 1 after 20 min waiting. I was really frustrated because I parked on the street with 30min limit. Had to move my car let alone all burgers and chips loose their texture.

We ordered the deluxe, crispy chicken supreme and some classics wich were all so perfect and delicious.the customer service was amazing especially from patrick who was super helpfull and friendly and made a huge effort with our group ie bringing out our food and helping us with our order despite the restaurant being busy

We ordered through uber eats, we received onion rings instead of our fries, and no sauce which we paid extra for. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she told me they gave everything to the driver and it sounds like he kept it. When I explained again that it was the incorrect items, she said it’s a kitchen issue but there’s nothing she can do tonight, and they can’t replace items and i’ll have to deal with uber to get a refund. She didn’t apologise, or offer any options to fix the mistake. Would not go back.

Delicious food and we received wonderful service from Rianna. Would highly recommend stopping in.

Our food arrived quick, it was hot and cooked perfectly. Nice thickshakes, they made it really thick Great service, Tiannah knew the menu and also cleared our table quickly.

My children love the menu at Betty as well as the concretes. The waiters are always welcoming and friendly, im really pleased with the service and quality of those delicious burgers.

Absolutely lovely experience. We got served by a lady called Poppy and she was amazing, so nice and pleasant to be around. She even delivered our food to us instead of making us pick it up at the counter 10/10. Food was delicious too and even had a good playlist on. Will definitely be coming back here:)

Just had the best experience at bettys burgers surfers paradise tonight.the burgers and onion rings were cooked to perfection.we had Poppy as our server and she was so kind and bubbly, making sure we were happy with our food.will definitely be coming back just to say hi to her!

In the beginning I raved about this place, but I've had home delivery and now takeaway and haven't been happy. Tonight I went and ordered a Betty's burger with sauce on the side due to previous home delivery where there had been too much sauce, well they forgot the sauce, and ordered fries without salt as I usually find all take away fries too salty and I painstakingly rub it off, well they at least didn't add the salt but the chips weren't cooked long enough. Admittedly I went there at 8: 40 they close at 9, but people rocked up that had placed LOTS of phone orders, if only I had thought of doing that, anyhow disappointing, although thank God the burger tasted ok without the sauce, the tomato wasn't the best piece, and the burger a bit too greasy.

The classic burger was really tasty and the bundle (burger, fries and drink) is great value. I also love the design of the packaging, so cute!

Wow, the food is so tasty. The flavours are amazing. Nothing was greasy. We highly recommened this place. We will be coming back. Thanks to the lovely staff.

I've been wanting to try Betty's Burgers for a while. Unfortunately, I wasn't blown away.
It's the style of restaurant where you order at the counter, get one of those vibrating, buzzing devices and go up to fetch your food when it's ready.
I ordered a burger, chips, onion rings, and a chocolate thick shake. I know, I need to go on diet.
The burger was actually quite delicious, the Betty's special sauce is yummy. The chips were average, and the onion rings a little too greasy but tasty. Unfortunately, the thick shake was so "thin" it was barely a milk shake. And it didn't have a particularly nice chocolate flavour.
Try Betty's for yourself, but I think there are better alternatives out there.

If you could only have one burger for the rest of your life it would have to be a Betty burger. It’s fast food so don’t expect the fine China but you can count on great service fantastic food and a friendly family atmosphere
