Have been coming here for many years, always friendly staff at reception and caring professional Doctors

Such a fabulous practice. The receptionists are always friendly when you arrive and the wait room and toilet facilities are clean. My three children see Dr Harper. She is fantastic with them and very thorough. Also a special mention to the wonderful nurses who have done our vaccinations and child health checks from newborn onwards. Big thanks to Simone who is always so lovely and supportive.

Dr Judy Hesse my GP is always a pleasure to visit. She is so kind and caring and never rushes you. She is prepared to listen and offer her advice. All the reception staff are lovely. Very pleasant and always have smiles on their faces

Impeccable! My 18 month year old has visited this surgery since he was a new born and the nurses who perform the vaccinations are incredible. They have toys, blow bubbles and are incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We see Dr Warren Heywood and he’s fabulous with children with a great sense of humour and puts you at ease. As soon as you walk through the door you feel comfortable and cared for. It has a warm atmosphere compared to other surgeries. Thank you!

I was very grateful for being allocated an appointment to see the doctor today, at very short notice. I was grateful that the doctor could examine my rash and reassure me that it wasn't shingles!

As a long term patient of Better Health on Buderim I cannot fault the doctors and nurses and receptionists.

Until a new receptionist started (T) she is a rude, abrupt, disrespectful women I have ever come across. Her phone manner is disgraceful and she snaps and snarls at patients. The other receptionists are beautiful, friendly and kind and the new office manager is lovely. I refuse to speak to that certain staff member and hang up if she answers my call. Better Health on Buderim will be a better practice when this woman leaves.

My family and I have been using the services of Better Health on Buderim for 12 years. Their care of my family and I have been absolutely the best that we could expect through some challenging times.

This is not my normal doctor, however I was taking my husband to Better Health on Buderim and prior to this I had a fall and Dr Judy Hesse looked after me and organised an X-ray for my wrist and phoned me after hours with the results. She is a real gem. I can’t fault them. Kris Jennings

So incredibly disappointed. After near 20 years of visiting this practice and having good experiences with the doctors, our family has received unprecedented bad treatment and pathetic client service from the current Practice Manager. Rude, dismissive, unhelpful, unapologetic, with zero interest in our family's wellbeing whatsoever. The "no tolerance for abuse" message on the phone is laughable, as it's clearly a one-way street: abusing your patients/clients is acceptable, it seems. Manners and care should be what you get from a medical practice, not arrogance. Do 'better', as you name suggests.

This practice is disgusting, swore at my father who lost his medication and this medication keeps him alive if he doesn’t have this medication he will die. When I heard that these people spoke to my father like that it’s disgusting! How dare you after swearing and treating my father which such disrespect they finally got him an appointment to get his medication.
