Purchased a phone through Betta and the staff at Underwood Branch, QLD were super helpful, I needed the phone for Father's day, there was a possibility it may not have come before then but with followups, communication with the staff they made it happen. Worst Service, they put a sale for product online and then they even do take the payments from the customer and when I reached them to ask the ETA for the product they say, they do not have any in stock. If the store donot have any in stock why would they even put the product on sale. It was the time of End of Financial year sale and I waited for my product, rather I would have got a better offer at other place, now I have to pay higher price as there are no sales hoing on! Really disappointed with the service. Would never recommend anyone!

I contacted Maria at Betta, Underwood, re purchasing a Clothes Dryer.
Maria was really helpful & amazing with her advice & securing the delivery asap.
I definitely will be going back to Betta at Underwood on the future.

The lady that served me seemed to know just what I wanted and helped to show me the range and alternatives.

This team of people are awesome. They could not do enough to help me sort out my change over purchase. They even delivered to my home the same day free of charge. They were friendly but knew their products. Cannot thank them enough. I don’t live near them but wouldn’t hesitate to drive there for future purchases.

Not happy, wanted them to cancel a purchase made a few days ago but they refused saying there was noting wrong with the item. All I wanted was the item to be returned. They said it was now second hand and that would be the only way it could be sold. Is this what is called Cistomer Service.

We always buy our appliances from betta and have never had any problems, went in yesterday as our air fryer was faulty and my partner and I both walked out feeling as tho the multiple staff members we dealt with all were trying to practically say we were lying and it wasn't faulty even tho it was tested in store. One staff member told us he sold thousands of the product and never have any come back then the other told us the brand we bought was bottom of the range and they have them coming back due to faults. There was a new staff member training and 2 staff were very rude to the new staff member when he was trying to work out how to do a return on the computer. Most likely won't be back after our encounter yesterday.

We purchased a Fisher and Paykel 90cm Freestanding oven. We were helped making our decision by Bill, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I could not recommend him more highly. Made the decision easy and fun. Great price too, so don't hesitate to go to Betta, they are great

Best customer service by miles. David could tell me everything I needed to know when purchasing a dryer recently. Then despite having issues with an order, made sure that we still got a great dryer when we needed it. Very happy with Betta and the dryer, thank you!

Excellent online service. Great fridge and price, also delivered within 48hours for free. Whole deal only took a couple of minutes which was fantastic. Great to deal with people who know what they are doing and what they have in stock. No waiting for call backs only to be disappointed with not in stock. My store for ever.

Great customer service. Quick and easy! We asked to have our fridge seals replaced on a very old fridge and it was organised within a day. Highly recommend Kerry if you want things done quickly and smoothly and like to be kept in the loop.

Alex who works for Betta Home Underwood very helpful. I think it's important to buy locally.
Found the experience positive until delivery.
Then things became alittle negative.
While the delivery was free getting my fridge inside an apartment block and my unit became more difficult. They wanted another $43.00 to "install" the fridge (taking out of box and plugging in). I am stuck in Melbourne so had to make other arrangements.
Very disappointed
