I have just been to Best & LESS store Kin Kora and had a delightful experience with Lou who served me at the Register.
Lou was such a pleasure to deal with and so pleasant, wtg Lou, you're the best!

Best clothing store in town. Staff are very friendly and focused on making sure every customer is helped. Store is always clean, full and well presented, Store manager has done an exceptional job.

Got the cutest little boys overalls and coat for my grandson at a very reasonable prices.

This is the best clothing store in Gladstone, the products are great value for money and the quality can't be matched. The store has recently been renovated and is very impressive. The staff couldn't be friendlier and happier and always bring a smile to my face when I go in.

Never setting foot in this store ever again. The service is absolutely disgusting and the management is something which seriously needs looking at. The manager is a rude, unstable, unprofessional and hostile individual. The review isn't even worth 1 star. Just wanted to put up this post so those in higher positions know the type of person you have employed as the manager of this store. To the community, enter at your own risk.

A great family store with men's woman and children's clothing and always able to pick up a bargain with in store specials. They also carry a lot of footy clothing line with origin games!

I do cloths shopping at best n less.i like their clothes n i get gift vouchers for my great niece n my great nephew to get what they want it is easy that way.n i get clothes for my 2 grandchildren to.

Considering they're undergoing a downsize at the moment the staff are still very helpful and energetic.
I appreciate the staff not putting the stresses of the store change onto the customers.
Even the staff that aren't part of the store, that are there to redo the store are very friendly and helpful.

Located within the stockland shopping centre this store is always over loaded with stock.
Generally clean and tidy as it can be, but it always looks over crowded.
Staff are always friendly, efficient and presented well

Love the clothing styles for the kids, shoes are cute, lots of sales, friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were fantastic. I was looking for swimwear and even though they weren't on display Shanise went to the back to get me a few to try. They also helped me with my bra fitting as well and were very helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone.
