This is NOT your usual boot-camp!
Anthony's education, experience and care mean that even with a group of us, Anthony is on top of all our previous injuries (war stories really) and is able to help us individually to modify the exercises and strengthening techniques to ensure we progress at a great rate, without further injury!
It feels like a personal trainer to yourself, but with the company and fun of a great bunch of others.
I have never found exercise to be so enjoyable and when I leave I feel like I can face the day with a positive outlook.

I’ve never done Bootcamp before and I was a bit nervous! But Anthony made it a welcoming and enjoyable experience. It’s a great group of people and exercises target strength and mobility. It’s a great mix of cardio, weights and stretching each session. I can feel myself getting fitter each week! Three times a week and you’ll feel the difference. Highly recommend!
Sally is focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals and makes every session challenging with a good healthy dose of fun. My fitness has increased and I’ve seen noticeable improvements with my weight and body movements. The sessions are modified on a regular basis which makes them interesting.
She sets new challenges and levels which pushes me to work harder throughout each session.
Sally ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and has the workouts recorded so I can repeat them during the week to suit my work schedule.

I've known Anthony and the BPPT team for over 10 years. They are so much better than your normal gym/boot camp trainer. BPPT focuses on your personal situation, goals and challenges. They use the latest in nutrition and training science and techniques, along with a great, friendly approach that really works. Their genuine interest in helping you achieve your goals and how they make training an enjoyable social experience really helps you get results and be able to achieve more than you ever thought you could. They have been amazing through the COVID lock downs, offering a range of Virtual Train-from-Home options that I still use today and that fit in well around my work commitments. I've been training at Best Practice Personal Training for over 10 years now. Anthony and all the trainers are highly qualified and easy to get along with. Their training focuses on my goals, with an emphasis on exercising safely. Boot camps aren't for me, I'm over 60 now, and don't want to get injured. The Best Practice Personal trainers have all spent time getting to know me and what I am capable of doing. They then use this knowledge to push me during training sessions. Its a great feeling to set and achieve a goal and I find that the physical exertion gives me a self-confidence that spills over into other aspects of my life.

I started out as a member of a 6-week challenge group, which morphed into full time membership and then back into small group sessions due to covid limitations. This is personal training at its best, especially for those who get lost in the big impersonal gyms amongst the grunt and sweat of the lycra generation. So if you want or need special attention in order to deal with niggling injuries or just the ageing process so you can keep moving, make the move across to Best Practice.
Have just started training with Best Practice and am already feeling the benefits. My trainer is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I look forward to working with BP next year to build on this positive start.

Anthony and the BPPT team not only taught me the importance of regular and manageable fitness training, but their well rounded and educational approach concentrates on making better choices through diet and how to combat the cravings for the naughty stuff. The 6kg's i lost was a great outcome but more importantly was the change in mindset to focus on a heather lifestyle for the long term. I highly recommend Best Practice PT for anyone needing support to become healthier for the long term.

I joined Best Practice with the goal of improving my mobility. I was assured they would work with me and my limitations which they have definitely done and I am really impressed. After the first 2 weeks I increased my days working out from 2 to 3 and after 5 weeks the improvement in my mobility is very noticeable. I am even able to do exercises on the floor, which I thought would not be possible due to my knee issues. This I credit to their focus on your abilities and how to improve your fitness levels. I would highly recommend Anthony Gillespie of Best Practice and his team to anyone who has mobility or other health issues that they feel inhibits them from doing any form of exercise. This was me nearly 6 weeks ago now. Thank you Anthony and your great team of trainers.
