As a Tassie girl from Circular Head I was so excited to find Bermuda Butchery. I had the Cape Grim corned beef in winter which was next level melt in your mouth. The sausages are delicious and the real deal and I recently had the chicken Kiev which was sublime… hands down, best I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to try their steak.

My mum got a marrow bone for me from here for my dog & was charged $18 for it! A very big rip-off! I usually get my marrow bones for $5-$9! Also to she asked for it to be cut in half to make four pieces but was told that he couldn't do it. I have never had any butcher that has refused to cut it for me. Definitely won't be going back there to get bones for my dog.

This place’s is so mean: (I go in 4: 50 today which they open till 5: 30 first step inside the shop one of the old man (mostly the oldest in the shop wearing uniforms) who work there, was using his finger to point this watch saying we are close with a angry face: (. Hey don’t push your trade hour in front:) at the moment when I sitting here still many customers go in and the sales just refuse customers several of them:) you guys getting ph paid:) and we are the one who keep you guys business working:) if you don’t like to do retailers plz go back to wholesale:) as least do the work when you open

Just saw it happened (scroll down to check on kit Ngai's review)! How could you treat a customer like this. I do understand that its a public holiday, your note at the front door does says it itself " Jan 3 open till 5: 30pm". If you want to close at 5, close the door. NOT Pointing your watches and angrily reject your potential customer and tell them you are closed.
Or just change the time on that note. Simple as that.
Giving excuses like this is not acceptable from a customers point of views and i dont think Q centres management would think this is acceptable. You are misleading your customer and.the attitude from that employee it is disgusting to watch.

Best butcher I have been to on the Gold Coast. The staff is super friendly, the prices are reasonable and when I am stuck and unsure what to get for the week, they always make great recommendations. Love the sausage and sausage roll selection, and the steaks are also top quality. The promos are always really great deals. Definitely recommend Bermuda Butchery!

I am a regular customer at your Burleigh Waters store. Bermuda Butchery is easily the BEST butcher on the Gold Coast. The rib eye steaks, marinated ribs & slow cooked lamb shanks are all top quality. I love the range of sausages which are great on the BBQ. Easy parking, friendly staff and clean store we are so lucky live around the corner. Meat not just for a special occasion but for everyday meals I highly recommend Bermuda Butchery.

Every staff member looks rude and depressed. Never one of them smiling. They always rush you. And when you ask for something, they say "is that all". As if, they don't want you ordering more. It's nearly like it's an effort for them to serve their customers. Really baffling. I hate the place, I feel so uncomfortable in there - not going back. Don't care if the meat at Coles is worse quality, I will go there instead of getting rude service.

I really hate it when you ring up about a price issue, get promised a call back which never comes, have to ring back yourself again and then the person hangs up on you - get a lesson in customer service!

Rump was okay, but cut too thin and looked better for slow cooking, the brand of jerky they have is excellent

Best butcher shop in GC great friendly helpful staff fantastic service and best quality. They also have their own smoke room ham best ever.
