Amazing service from start to finish! We heard good things about these guys word of mouth so we decided to drop by the show room and check out the range of curtains on offer. Katy was amazing helping us pick out custom blockout curtains for the bedrooms in our apartment and sheer curtains for our living space. Installation came up a million bucks! We’re very happy we went with this business after looking at products at big competitors that were half the quality and double to triple the price! I look forward to working with them again when we move into our next place.

Highly recommend! We first went down to their shop and asked about curtains and installation. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Wide range of selection. Staff Katy was very detail in explaining what to expect and have options of providing back out curtain while waiting for the actual curtain to be fabricate. Also arranged for actual measurement to be taken and it was done professionally and efficiently. Shirley is also easy to communicate and get our intent right. The whole process is very pleasant, looking forward to the completion.

They providing different service compare to other shops. All the curtains have already installed in their showroom. It’s easier for me to see and feel every components, like the tracks and fabrics. Not only a small piece of sample. The reception is very professional, she provided me a quote based on my floor plan in a short time and gave me a lot of advice to save my money to achieve what I want. The installer is quiet efficient and polite as well. Highly recommend for people who need advice.

Before coming to Ben's curtains, we dealt with many curtain companies who were expensive, had poor service and were slow communicators. None of these are issues with Ben's Curtains. I think we have met most of the team now who all have great qualities and make the business a high quality company.

We spoke and met with Marisa in store who initially guided us regarding colours, styles and other characteristics. She was super helpful, even showing photos of her own house to help assist our decisions. She was then able to book a technician to come to our place for a free measure and quote incredibly quickly.

We then had Daniel, come to do our measure and quote, who provided us with more personalised info. How tall the bracket will be placed, how far out the curtain will come amongst many other pieces of industry knowledge. He was super friendly and polite.

After about 2 weeks, we were getting our curtains installed! Every other curtain shop we talked to estimated 8-12 week waits. With Ben's curtains the wait was just an astonishingly low 2 weeks. They even provide service I have never heard of in this industry. If they do need to order the product from overseas, they will supply curtains for you to have in the meantime so that you can still have that privacy while you await your custom made product. This is an absolute above and beyond service. No matter what your situation is, you will have curtains swiftly.

Anyway, we had Ben come out and do the installation of our curtains. He gave us more detailed information regarding the placement of the roller blind cable and how to clean our curtains. He spent about 6 hours at our place to install our curtains and he made sure we were happy with them. It's great being able to see the boss of a company actually coming out and doing the work. That's one way we could see this was a well run company. Ben talked to my partner about how he really strives to make curtains more affordable to as many people as possible and this was something we actively observed.

On top of this, while chatting to him, he noticed one of our security cameras was not installed. He told us that he would be able to send out one of their technicians to help us install this. Free of charge. I was shocked by this level of service and how friendly and welcoming Ben was.

We had a minor issue with one of our blockout curtains and they endeavoured to rectify it free of charge immediately. So Ben sent another technician Tom, to replace one of the curtains and to install our security camera for us. Tom is super knowledgable in all aspects of handyman work and was super patient when we were deciding the placement of this camera. A free extra service that they willingly offered, just for the sake of helping a customer.

I don't even think I mentioned the price, which was about 50% cheaper than any other previous quotes we had received. The whole team is reliable, highly skilled and always there for the customer. I would highly recommend Bens Curtains to anyone and would definitely be a repeat customer in the future. 5/5.

We have sheer curtain in living room and blackout curtain in bed room. When I asked free quote, staff did it very friendly and honestly. Both curtains were very good price and qualities. And David installed these curtains very carefully. Highly recommended!

Just had a dozen curtains installed in my house last month. The S-fold sheers match perfectly with my living room and the bedroom curtains block out all the morning light. Superb looks I am super happy with the results.
