The lady sold me a dress two size bigger and said it can be altered. I found out the corset piece cannot be made tighter because of the crystals and pearls. Also it would cost a fortune to make it shorter. Too late for return - do not recommend to buy from here if you can't find your size.

I feel instant regret after visiting Bella Victoria today and purchasing a dress. I was only allowed to try on 5 dresses and the lady didn’t even have clips to hold the dress in place as it would be when it is altered. I felt continued pressure to buy as the dresses were on sale. There were no nice seating available for mother and bridesmaid. I had to stand in front of the ladies desk as I made payment. This was my first bridal gown try on and unfortunately I will not recommend this to anyone. I should feel happy not regret

I cannot express in words how wonderful Lili is! I came in with my mom in 2020 and purchased 2 dresses. Lili was so beautiful and kind and so helpful! We unfortunately had to push the wedding back as my family lives overseas and same with my partner's family.
Our wedding is now on the 14th November and having our wedding in Fiji:) my mom just purchased her dress for my wedding from there too and once again Lili remembered us and was sooo wonderful and helpful again.

I had a really lovely experience with Lili from the start. We contacted her because she stocked a dress that I have loved for so long that I could not find anywhere else, and I came in, got fitted and she found other dresses in similar style so I could see how that style looked on me. My dress took around 6 months to make and ship into the country and I was so nervous that it wouldn’t fit or look as amazing as the photos but it is absolutely beautiful. Fits perfectly and is the most gorgeous gown I have ever seen. Thank you Lili for helping my dream dress happen and you have been so kind and positive the whole process!

I had a wonderful experience with Lili at Bella Victoria Bridal! You get the fitting appointment all to yourself and plenty of time to try on each dress. I just picked up my beautiful gown from there on the weekend and was so happy with the perfect fit and service!

I absolutely love my dress that I purchased here this year and the salesperson was generally pretty nice, but after speaking with other people about their overall dress buying experiences (not specific to this store) I wanted to provide some feedback. It really wasn't an amazing experience and considering it is large and important purchases I think I deserved better. In the online form they ask for a budget so I entered a number (in the thousands!) knowing that it's a jumping off point and I just need to see what the store carries but when I came in the salesperson immediately questioned this number and said it would be very difficult to find a dress within that budget. A bride who was actually sticking to that budget would be so saddened by that.
I felt like I was treated condescendingly at times when I asked simple questions like what is the process of getting a different style not already in the store from a designer that you do carry in the store. I felt there was pressure for me to pick a dress from you, after 1 try-on appointment I was emailed quite a few times, and once I did make my decision I was contacted on a Sunday to get asked when I planned to make my deposit. When I politely declined to buy a veil when I picked up my dress there was a really awkward energy in the room after that. When I picked up the dress I was alone, and the salesperson opened the doors for me to carry it down the stairs but waved me goodbye when I was clearly struggling to get my heavy gown to my car. I spent a while figuring out how to get it in - it was impossible at it's weight and size. Even though you are spending thousands of dollars there is no champagne - this should be industry standard, even just a coffee or tea offered.
You aren't ever left with the dress alone just for a moment of quiet appreciation - they put you in it completely, walk you out to the platform, and silently watch you watch yourself in the mirror the entire time when you have it on which feels strange and like a tactic to make you hurry up.
This is not a criticism on the salesperson, but I bought the dress because I loved the dress and not the service, but maybe the store policies need addressing to make it a more comfortable experience.

You really can go no further than Bella Victoria Bridal. I am an interstate buyer and had been looking for a dress for my sons wedding for about 8 months. I had found a dress that I loved online and went to see about finding a location to buy the dress. Gold Coast area is very familiar to me so when I saw they Bella Victoria Bridal may have the dress, I gave them a call. I so feel in love with Lily, her help was truly a blessing. Lily said they only made wedding dresses but I ask what I was after and about my situation. Lily said she would see if she could get the dress for me and incredibly she did. I thank God for sending me Bella Victoria Bridal way and making a very special day for my son's wedding even more special. I will always be grateful, thank you Lily

I got my dress off Lili and it was an amazing experience right from the start. She was just so helpful and lovely and even though I was so undecided because she had so many amazing gowns I never felt rushed. Lilli gave me choices of beautiful dresses. They are all beautiful and very good quality dresses but not too expensive. She was very nice and patient with me as well. I never felt uncomfortable trying dresses for she was very friendly and accommodating.

Lili was absolutely amazing! I went to many Bridal stores and some of my experiences were horrible! From the moment we walked in Lili was lovely and it was a truly personalised experience. They have the most unique gowns and I got so many compliments on my dress. Definitely the most underrated bridal store on the Gold Coast!

After deciding our wedding was to be in May (engagement in December) we were restricted with time, I was unsure I would find "the dress". But from the moment I called Lili, her genuine, friendly and warm approach calmed me down!
