45The staff that attended to me (receptionists, doctor and nurse) were very friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend visiting this medical practice.
Made a booking at 11: 15 but waited for 35 mins until I could see a doctor.
However, the stuff are friendly, and David Yang is the best doctor I have had in recent years, he has great patient and willing to explain everything to me throughly. Generally I have a positive experience visiting this medical centre other than the waiting time.
Good welcome at reception" Dr Takako lovely n polite, blood tests in same building, great spot, as just down da road from home.
Always friendly and helpful, no long wait times, been using the same medical centre off and on for decades and is the best i've been too, after trying a few other places I always come back to Beenleigh rd medical centre for the best care and service.
I found all the staff very friendly and extremely helpful.
The doctors are very thorough and once again very professional in their consultations.i easily recommend the whole team and give them 5 out of 5.

I hope the clinic must cover Medicare for kids under 16 years old. My daughter is 9 years old but I need to pay for her to visited Dr and I don’t happy a lot. If you have a job that’s fine but it’s hard for someone low income and don’t have a job. I think in the future I will change Dr Gp for my kids who can bulk bill for every time visit. Dr Sue is very nice to cover my daughter. She is always bulk bill for my daughter. I have a healthcare card but I paid $82 just claimed $39.75 back.
Turned up with a non Covid issue also wearing a mask for my own safety. Had a cough due to a head cold, sent to sit outside in 10° wind chill, while no one in the surgery had a mask with constant coughing going on while I was at the front counter. 45min wait for the doctor after scheduled time, and not one of the receptionist thought to let me know. Both girls were very unprofessional, like they don’t even want to be there. Been coming to this place for years but to be sent outside like a dog in the cold? Myself and the rest of the family have dumped this site. Clean up your unprofessional act. And where do I start with the doctors.

I've been attending this practice for years and the on line appointments are very convenient for me.
I've been client of this clinic for a very long time. They are lovely people to deal with and totally caring, especially Dr Shantha.
SUMMARY: Dr Takako did not offer any additional supports that would help or even apply to the situation. Her advice was rudimentary at best. It’s great and all having Dr’s with tenure, but if that experience comes from a position of bias, I’m sorry but you’ve lost out there.
Dr Takako Kobayashi's attempt at patient communications involved her insulting me and making baseless accusations about my personal circumstances. Really? You finished your AMC in 2004 - yet could barely understand what I explained, as I explained it. I know having only short window to assess the extent of a person’s needs is difficult. But considering your, I don’t know 40+ YEARS of experience I’d expect something a little higher. Asking patients leading questions, then being upset with their explanation as it confirms your bias; isn’t that the definition of poor practice?
I can see from the online booking system clearly large vacancies, is that a by-product of bad patient retention, bad rapport, or both? Were you offended someone needed help and couldn’t manage their workplace? Should they just toughen up? Should people ONLY reach out when they’re verging death? I’m only asking because that’s what you presented… Quite concerning views of how the working class operates. Sorry you can’t sympathise while you cash in those private-funds and medicare rebates.
Saturday trading hours should be 8: 30am to 12: 30pm, we arrived at 10: 15am but it's closed. Terrible cx experience!
I have only had good experiences at this Clinic. All staff are polite and caring, especially my doctor Dr Sun. Thankyou.

After waiting 25 minutes longer than my specified appointment time I saw Dr Katie Lomidze. The appointment did not last long as she refused to deal with me as I did not want to wear a mask. I tried to reason with her but she said she thought I should try someone else. So basically Katie was unable to do her job. Bloody ridiculous.
A really lovely GP practice. Staff are very friendly and the Doctors are helpful and professional. The waiting times are very short also.
My experience in having a telephone consultation with Dr Katie was perfectly suitable because my requirements were simple. Dr Katie is professional yet friendly and I find her approachable.
For more complex needs a face to face consultation would be more appropriate.
My continuing good health is in part due to the diligence of these doctors. I appreciate their great work and also the support from the practice manager and her staff.
