Beenleigh Medical Centre (formerly Doctors @ Beenleigh & Doctors @ Windaroo)

Dr Prahbat Kapadia was incredibly rude, treated me like a drug seeker, raised his voice at me for asking for a script, gave me a script for completely different medication I didn't even ask for then while whipping the script at me told me not to come back to him again as he will refuse to see me. I left in tears with no help.

First time visiting this clinic, all of the staff were very friendly, and made sure that all the different steps/processes were communicated to me which is very reassuring in a new place: D

I called 30 minutes after my appointment, was told my doctor was behind and in the end he never called.

Needed Doctor for an urgent matter, but they were fully booked and I couldn't get access to my bank account as lost my card and the branch was to far away. The Receptionist Tarja was compassionate to my situation and got me in within the hour and bulk billed me. Dr Leila was excellent and thorough with the examination and actually listened. I cant thank them enough. I should note that I called 3 other Medical Centres in the area and they refused to assist me as I didn't have my credit card and they were fully booked

Don’t try and contact the “team” regarding anything of importance. They will not get back to you. This place is only worth the nightmare if you’re absolutely desperate. Shameful.

As usual, there was a relaxed atmosphere and respectfully low volumed, friendly chatter. I was there to see the on-site Psychologist and due to the hotdoc app, was able to register my presence and have my appointment without even needing to bother the lovely people in admin.

Really appreciate everyone's hard work down there and particularly Antonina, she is an absolute pleasure to speak with and always leaves me feeling as though my time was well spent by going there.

All in all, I love this place and it hosts (in my opinion) one of the best and most helpful mental health specialists I've encountered. Strongly recommend.

Have respect for Dr Vishnu and clinic service's he goes out of his way to help. Much appreciated

I took my daughter to see Dr Kahn, we were 10 minutes early and waited less than 2 min to see the doctor.
He was efficient and to the point.
The reception staff weren’t very pleasant, some improvement is required there.

I really like the dr that I've got. Dr Vikram. Very thorough and isn't there to rush you out the door! I'll keep going there.front desk is good.

I have had some good experiences with GP’s at this centre but after today I have no interest in going back.
Dr Krishani Perera completely wasted my time, dismissed my concerns of chest pain and did nothing for me during my visit, despite my past history of similar symptoms. I’m appalled by how she practiced today and the lack of empathy that was shown. I now have to go elsewhere for a second-opinion in the hope that I will actually be listened to, after wasting my time with Dr Perera this morning.

I have had the need to visit 3 times in the past week and every time I found the staff helpful and understanding. Glad I found BMC.

For child, GP did not checked the ears and yet our child health was not getting well. We went to other doctor and we were told that our child had sever ear infection. Which could have been found 2 days earlier if the checkup was done with due deligence.

Doctor was lovely, the girl at the front desk had a bad attitude but maybe it was just a bad day:).

Professional staff at the reception and very welcoming and supportive.
Apart from the long wait, I love the experience there.

Dr Vikram Anand is such a caring, understanding doctor. He actually listens to you. I trust Dr Vikram with all my health needs.
The staff are fanastic too.

I went in today after I had my tooth pulled out and they were absolutely horrible to me and not empathetic at all and turned me away when I was in need of help and honestly I’m crying writing this at just how horrible someone could be!

I arrived very early for my appointment and was able to be seen straight away. Staff are efficient and friendly.

I gave the centre 5* because they are always efficient and hot docs works well. Just one concern this time for me though was the doc wore his mask under his chin and both receptionists had no mask.
There was a better ratio of people/masks at Coles than in the medical centre. I thought that was odd given the function of a medical centre compared to Coles. Aren't the folks running a medical centre supposed to be on the ball with this? Live and learn people!

Doctors and Nurses are very friendly and accommodating. The front desk reception seems good too but need to be more friendly. A little bit smile is a big help to make us patients feel better.

Receptionist & Dr Ching were wonderful. I don't live in Beenleigh but it was worth the drive to get the medical care I needed.
