Beenleigh Family Practice

I've had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment to discuss X-ray results. It was a three-minute appointment, as XRAY revealed no issue, and I was still charged a full price of $75.00 (bulk billing is no longer offered) for this lightning fast appointment of no benefit to me as a patient.
A few years ago the same practice used to say that if no anomalies are shown on an Xray, there no need for appointment. This is no longer happening, now you have to make an appointment and pay $75.00 only to learn that the doctor has nothing to tell you.
It is a disgraceful and unfair practice. I will be reporting it to the Office of the Health Ombudsman.

Dr Umesh & Dr Ruchi are wonderful doctors, very helpful and caring. Staff & manager are always very friendly

Have always felt accommodated & explained appointments ect well when I visit family practice.have been with this medical centre long before the recent move & will continue to visit.

Have been attending this practice for years. Doctors are incredibly professional and easy to talk to. Dr. Dreves always working towards the best outcome.
Reception staff are inviting and welcoming, nurses are great! Practice manager Sam is absolutely wonderful, always happy to help. Overall a great family practice.

Doctor Sue is awesome. The practice is a good place however I'm struggling with being able to see and/or contact Sue when I need to see and/or contact her when it's not my scheduled visit.

I have came to this practice for a long time, I love my doctor & even when I cannot get in the see her especially when it is last minute, they do there best to fit you in somewhere else.
& I could never fault the ladies at reception are just wonderful people all round.

I had a fantastic experience at Beenleigh Family Practice. Samantha was incredibly friendly, and the service was lightning-fast. The doctors were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all of my concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better medical team. Highly recommend this practice!

Great surgery. Reception staff and the manager Sam are always really helpful and friendly. Dr Matthysen is the absolute best Doctor. Sam really ensures every visit is stress free and any issues are dealt with professionaly. Cheers guys

I have been going to this doctor surgery for over 20 years and appreciate all they have done for my family. Sam at the front counter is absolutely awesome and goes out of her way to helpful.

I have been using Beenleigh Family Practice for many years. The staff are always friendly, and no matter which Doctor I visit, I am always satisfied with their service.

I have been going to Beenleigh family practice for over 10 years seeing Dr Matthyson whom I find Is really thorough and Dr Ollie for a couple of years, and find the receptionist Sam And Karen very good.
John and myself are very happy with the practice
