I had bought a few things from this store before and always had good customer service until today, I had the BEST customer service from Wendy who not only was very patient with helping us choose what we wanted but with my young family as well. Wendy got us the best price possible and some! Wendy got us the floor stock at a brilliant price and was very helpful with the extras to go with the bed suite. Brilliant service and price on an Aussie made bed suite, I couldn’t recommend her or the store enough.

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Sue who was super helpful, extremely patient (because I couldn't make up my mind) and just wonderful to deal with. Can't wait to pick my new bed suite up - thank you Sue!

It was a great and hassle free experience and the staff are just wonderful, especially Gillian. Gillian looked after us both times that we have purchased from Bedshed Morayfield and has always been helpful and always kept us in the loop of what is happening with our order. One of the best shoppings experiences ever.
Sue Ann was amazing, she walked me and partner through all different options of mattresses and talked us though all the features and benefits of each one.
My partner and I were instore for what felt like 2 hours just laying on different mattresses and we were never pushed into making a decision, she allowed us time to make a decision and just checked on us throughout our time. The little chocolate Easter bunnies were such a cute touch after our purchase also.

Today Tuesday 7th Dec the great boys came to deliver and put together our beds. They were caring, both of the goods and us. Put the furniture together nicely, asked me to check all was OK, and cleaned up really well. Very happy lads, we felt that they enjoyed their jobs. No dawdling, organised, just got in and did the job.
I think bedshed is a place, I will be returning.

I recently purchased a Tempur Cloud mattress from Bedshed, and I couldn't be happier! Apart from being an exceptional product, the assistance and advice given by Gillian was outstanding - even though I walked in "knowing" what I wanted, Gill made sure that I tried alternate options as well, jst to be 100% positive that I got exactly what I wanted. Bedshed Morayfield know their stuff, and they're price competitive as well. 5 stars well deserved, thank you!
