Bedshed Kawana

So so happy. I cannot thank the team at the Bedshed Kawana enough for their help and support with purchasing the best mattress for both myself and my little girl who has now upgraded to a king single. I also got her a new bedroom suite and it is just beautiful and she loves it. Thank you guys for your wonderful service, good advice and giving us a great deal.

Fantastic service. Professional. Staff went above and beyond actually called back when they said they would. The products are great quality for the price. Delivery was smooth and easy. 5 stars.

We recently purchased a new Tempur mattress from Bedshed Kawana. We chose to go there as we had earlier bought a bed from them and had been very happy with both the bed and the level of service provided, they even stored our bed for us when our build was delayed. Our mattress purchase was a similarly positive experience and Anne provided great customer service throughout, as did the delivery crew. Would highly recommend Bedshed Kawana.

Very helpful staff and quality mattresses. We had to buy four new mattresses for the kids and we are so happy with them! Anne let us try out a few to see which would fit best. She made the whole visit quick and efficient while we had all four kids in tow! Will definitely be back to upgrade our old king mattress very soon. Thanks guys

Anne has been absolutely amazing with my new bed in getting it to us to the Gold Coast from the Sunshine Coast! Right from the start she was kind, valuable and wanted to know what I wanted before going ahead. She respected myself and that is really huge with me! Unfortunately I started with a gentleman and he was amazing and the best also but unfortunately I have forgotten his name so massive thankyou to you both from Bedshed, if anyone ever wants a bed please go to these guys! They are downright amazing kind and will 110% help you!

- Mattress is comfy and good value for only $1000. Free delivery too
Cons:
-saleswoman seemed more interested in putting makeup on than helping us
-delivery guys said would arrive between 10 and 11. They arrived at 9 And this was a bit of an inconvenience as I walk balls deep in the misso at the time

We absolutely love the mattresses from Bedshed Kawana. We have now purchased our fifth one for our family. They are really well priced for the quality and last. Our first mattress is now 9 years old and we still regularly say, this is the best thing we have ever bought. Thank you.

Dont even bother with this place.ordered bed 9 months ago - only just arrived.saleswoman evelyn told me they come assembled and our old mattress gets taken away.this was not the case, told too busy to build and not on invoice!

We met with a rude staff on our recent visit. We enquired about the pricing on one of the master suite. So she quickly went to check the pricing and availability of the items on the counter and returned. I asked her that i am also looking at other options around the store and then she is like i wasted her time because i was not serious about buying this item. She rudely told me not to lift up the mattress of the beds around the store because she saw me lifting one up just because i was curious to know the strength of the base. I have never seen such behaviour from any sales person anywhere. No professionalism and typical Karen behaviour. You go to Amart and they are happy to answer your questions thousand times.

THEY HAVE A GOOD RANGE. THEY PROMOTE HEAVILY.

BUT LACK OF AIR FLOW MAKES THESE MEGA STORES VERY STUFFY DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.

Bedshed Kawana is my to go place for a new bed on the Coast as a returning customer.
And again the very knowledgeable and lovely Ann helped me out which made the product selection an easy decision.
Communication and service was fantastic and I highly recommend Bedshed (and Ann) if you're in the market for a new bed.

Visited lots of different bed/mattress retailers, but Bedshed Kawana had mattresses that were most comfortable, and bed frames that we (my wife and I) liked the most.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff was a bonus - each time we visited they were a pleasure to deal with.

After sales care also exceptional.

Purchased a bed 6 weeks ago and started to notice issues with it. We called bedshed Kawana and they were straight on to it. We needed to send pictures in then fill out a one page warranty. That afternoon we received a call from the manufacturer and were informed that a new bed will be made for us and he was very apologetic.
We found it very refreshing considering the rubbish that othe Sunshine Coast companies have put us through. Thank you bed shed.
