Bedshed Helensvale

We bought 3 beds from this store and could not have had a more enjoyable experience.we were listened to and given honest information so we could make the right choice. Guy and Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our purchases even going so far as moving a mattress onto the base we wanted so we could feel what it was like.can't recommend this store enough.a very strong 5stara

The staff were particularly helpful, especially Michelle, who gave us lots of time and advice, which made choosing our new bed so easy!

After going to every bed store at Helensvale Home world including the cheap ones I finally when into the Bedshed thinking it would be to expensive.
To my complete surprise the prices were amazing.
Gary found us a great mattress for an unbelievable price and great quality as well.
Don’t always think you will get a bargain at a cheaper store!

I phoned today and also went into the Homeworld store to buy a new mattress for my mum. Gary gave us great friendly service and advice, and the other staff member was also lovely. Our family have bought 4 mattresses there over the years, and love them.

I can’t rate Bedshed Helensvale higher enough, I needed to get a bed for my daughter who was leaving home to study at UQ. It was only Thursday that we got notice that she and a couple mates had found accommodation at Indooroopilly. I spent hours calling around different bed shops, did they have stock? Could we pick up something this weekend, All I got was maybe and possibly…. Until I rang Bedshed Helensvale, Suddenly there were no possibilities or maybes, they would have a bed ready to be picked Guy understood what I wanted which was to get a comfortable bed for my daughter.

We bought two Tempur bases and mattresses. Exceptional service and knowledge. Helped us to select products that minimises partner disturbance and accounted for our different comfort needs. I would highly recommend them.

Helpful and informative staff, didn't feel like we were being harassed into a sale like a lot of other bedding stores delivery was fast as well.

Was going to buy a bed but my partner wasn't happy as salesperson wouldn't leave us alone so we could think without harassment.

From initial welcome at the shop (by Gary) through to assistance in choosing our sleep solution for our new home we were very happy. Lauren did the follow up and updates on our order which was great. Despite monsoonal storms the beds arrived as scheduled and the delivery team were awesome -moving the bases and mattresses- unpacking all - quick, efficient and really friendly and helpful. Fantastic in-store experience, very impressed with high quality of mattress.
Delivery staff were outstanding nothing was a problem despite having to deliver mattress in pouring rain. Great experience all round.

Gary helped us find a bed that suited our desires with an awesome deal and was able to deliver within the week of payment. A, axing customer service! The gentlemen that delivers the bed were also amazing and carried the part straight to the room. Very happy with everything!
