Excellent service from store to delivery. The Bedshed team were helpful and informative when we were browsing for a child’s bed, but without pressuring me to buy. They were excellent on the phone and informed me when bed and mattress were available for delivery. Adrian and the team were excellent at delivering and let me know before arrival. They took care of the bed and carefully delivered. They put the bed together with no fuss and in excellent time. Even took away the boxes and left the place clean! Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing service! Listened to my needs and made sure I was cared for. Even when there was a problem with my mattress choice, they made sure I was looked after and found a suitable solution. Wish I could give extra stars.

I don’t do many reviews, but this is a must. Bedshed Capalaba was the first store I walked into when looking for my mattress, and the last. Adam and all the staff look after you like family. I’m so grateful for their guidance and generosity. Don’t just drive by, go in and see them. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Experience shopping for a bed last weekend. Robyn greeted us with a smile when we walked in. We were searching for a bed for our daughter and she was very knowledgeable about what would be a good option and what she wouldn't put her on. She gave us the options and let us choose, she is very relatable and not pushy. Thanks for a great experience.

My husband and I were in need of a new bed and we went into the bed shed to see if there was anything we liked. When we walked in there was a bed on display and we both liked it immediately. While looking at the bed on display, Robyn introduced herself and asked what we were after. We explained our situation and she was more than happy to help. When it came to choosing a mattress for the bed frame, the knowledge that Robyn had about each of the products was amazing. She explained what would be best for our current situation with young kids and also fitted it to our budget. Robyn was an absolute delight to chat to and did not force us to commit to anything. She is an amazing asset to the Capalaba store and would recommend Robyn to anyone. Need a new bed go and see Robyn.

Good experience in the Capalaba store today. Both staff members were friendly and helpful.

Walked around half the shop, staff all talking with each other. Looked at three beds ourselves, then searched up the bed on thier website before the staff member came over. Was told none of the beds came in the size we wanted. He then turned to walk away, I asked if there were others in the size with the features we wanted he said no and began to walk away again. I had a couple more questions, three times in total he commenced walking away from me. His voice was rude, abrupt and I felt I was inconveniencing him. He quickly walked away to the back room where it looked as if there was some maintenance men working. Terrible customer service, will not shop or recommend this store.

Highly recommend these guys.super helpful, zero pressure or salesmanship, just genuine, decent, respectful and 100% integrity. Couldn't be happier with our purchase, which took us many hours over a couple of weeks to arrive at.they couldn't have been more gracious throughout. And then a great deal $$.
