Totally impressed with this business. From the honest and helpful guidance with purchase to the friendly and prompt delivery. Jenna, Cameron, Lucas the who, e family team do everything to help with great ongoing communication and excellent service. Rarely write a review but these guys were amazing.

It is disappointing that really poor customer service post purchase negated the great pre-sale service by Rob in store. (After Bedshed Bundall gets your money). The customer should not be the one making the calls, follow ups and checks. No customer service recovery was attempted by Cameron or the manager Jenna, even after she was caught out in a lie. Future purchases and recommendations will be elsewhere.

The installation team were superb, on time and showed me how to operate the gas lift correctly. Would recommend the store

Great customer service from when we first purchased our bed until when it was delivered. The delivery team were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Having the mattress guarantee helped make our decision but thankfully we are more than happy with our new bed.

Bought two beds from Bed Shed Bundall yesterday. Jenna was most helpful. Her
knowledge of all their products knowledge their products was most helpful for us in deciding to go with them as opposed to other retailers. That's what they do, sell beds. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding. We will have no hesitation dealing with them again. Their prices are very competitive too. I had gone to 5 stores to look at purchasing 3 x mattresses. I found everyone to be extremely pushy except for these guys. I felt like I was given all the information I requested and never once did they try and push their sale. A great, honest, family business who were humble, yet very informative with their products. Trying to purchase a Super king Mattress with my hubby was quite stressful as he wants firm, I want soft etc.

By far the best shopping experience ive had via email and online. I was extremely sceptical and the fact i was spending a very large amount of money made me feel uneasy… But after talking with Cameron who wasn’t trying to sell me anything (i knew what i wanted) but was actually listening to what I wanted we managed to get a fantastic deal done! No BS gave me a so many extras items for free and other extras for awesome prices! Truly cannot fault any aspect. Bed delivered and setup in a qik and professional manner. Love these guys and because of them i buy alot more stuff online! 100% recommend these guys!

The best bedding store on the coast! The one and only stop you need for any bedding, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and they just want you to get the right bed and do not push any upgrades it is all about the customer. Highly recommended as a first and last stop.

The best customer service I have experienced in some time. I ordered my bed over the phone on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. So easy to deal with the store and delivery men, great communication! The bed frame is very high-quality also.
