The mattress was that hot thru summer it put me in hospital twice with dehydration! Doctors and GP didn’t know what was happening but the only thing the hospital could find when taken there by the ambulance with symptoms of fatigue and fainting was terrible dehydration. After being put on a drip for hours I came good. Months of tests found nothing and after telling them I have a new mattress that’s very hot and I wake up in a lather of sweat every morning they told me because of sweating all night my body got drained of fluids. Summer nearly cost me my life and after being out of pocket for the mattress, tests and hydration supplies all summer my repeated calls to the company never got anywhere. Last time I called the store manager called back and told me she would ring back after talking to the store owner. Never heard anything from anybody after that. 10 year warranty and I had to buy a second mattress from a different company less that a year after buying this one. Not great at all! Being on the pension I could have done without being out of pocket thousands of dollars, 2 mattresses, costs of tests that weren’t covered by Medicare and hydration fluid all summer. Worst year of my life and worst purchase I have ever had!

We recently went to BedShed to buy a new mattress. We were really indecisive about what we wanted, but the staff were incredibly patient and helpful. They let us try out all of the different mattress features and gave us honest feedback about which one would be our best fit. They also helped us work out the best deal and arrange delivery. I was really impressed with the level of service that we received, and I would definitely recommend BedShed to anyone looking for a new mattress (huge shout out to Tony and Larry!)

One thing to keep in mind is that the naming of mattresses can be different across all resellers. This is because each reseller has their own way of categorizing mattresses. So, if you're looking for a specific mattress, it's best to do your research ahead of time and make sure you know the features of the mattress as well if trying to compare.

Brilliant staff. Best service among all the competitors. They allow you to make up your own mind while giving all the right information to support you in that process. Hard to come by such support! We've ended up coming back multiple times and bought 3 mattresses at 3 different points of time over several years from them - I can always trust them through the process.

Found everything we needed, despite me being very picky, we were also on a budget. Ryan was amazing- friendly, understanding & patient with me & fussiness.
