Delivery much longer than promised. Called multiple times. Original order not put through properly and the sales person would not admit to it or say sorry for the inconvenience (even though other staff have said so). Do not believe delivery times. We were without a mattress for 3 weeks longer than they said - and still waiting on bedroom furniture that was said to be here already. Staff unable to say when it will be here and very unhelpful on the phone. Will not come here again.

Poor service.
I placed a deposit on a mattress on 17/1,3 weeks later I followed up on its progress and was advised it had arrived. Unfortunately they couldn’t deliver on a day I wasn’t working so I called back to arrange pick up, only to be advised the mattress wouldn’t be available till the following week.
I advised that, this did not suit me and a refund of my deposit was agreed upon. On arrival to the store they are unable to process my refund and have taken my bank details to give to another department to apparently organise a direct deposit. I asked to be CC’d in to know that something is actually being done. Still waiting.
This should be simple, I have paid a deposit for a product you cannot give me, so you return my money…. Unacceptable. Would not shop here again.

Margie was lovely and helpful with myself and my daughter and granddaughter. Amazing friendly staff who offered help as soon as we walked through the door. Definitely recommend to go here for any bedding needs.

I have been nothing but impressed with the professionalism, thoughtfullness and friendliness of the ladies I have met and dealt with at Bedshed, Townsville. I am moving back to Australia after 25 years of travelling overseas so I have had to go through this process a few times and they have been an absolute delight to deal with despite all the challenges in supply chains that everyone is facing. Fantastic service by Tracy, she knew exactly what she was talking about, made me try several mattresses to see which was the best for me. She also made it easier to select a new bed, and to be able to choose what bedhead, base and fabric I wanted, not what I had to get. Very friendly and very knowledgeable.

We recently went shopping for a bed. Christine was an amazing bed consultant. From the moment we walked in with our kids. We were made to feel comfortable. Christine has a thorough knowledge of her products, accomodating and listened to what we were looking for. We weren’t pushed to choose on the spot and able to walk away with all our options to consider. We visited other bedding shops in the domain area, and found the customer service and down to earth knowledge of Bedshed, second to none.
