Very happy with the bed. Only complaint is the manager threw in a new bed spread as I was spending over 3 thousand on a bed but it was missing pieces and they couldn't find it so that was that. Disappointed but the important thing is the bed is great:)

Been to a few other furniture stores like amart and forty winks and didn’t have the best experience in there but beds n dreams surpasses my expectations when it comes down to customer service. Go see Angie the store manager as she takes her time to listen to what you need, she’s very knowledgeable about her stock and doesn’t pressure you at all into purchasing products. Quality of mattress are fantastic for the prices. Go when they have their massive sales. After a few days of thinking and laying on the mattresses, I ended up getting the silent night onyx in plush. The wait period for the mattress is longer then I expected but I know the wait will be worth it.

Sherin was extremely knowledge with a non pushy attitude very friendly and polite as well as patient with us in making a choices we are very excited with a purchases king onyx Mattress and Corsica bed base. Sherin is a credit to the store and a asset to the company highly recommended this store for quality and prices with good old fashion service.

We are newlyweds and needed to buy a bigger bed with minimal partner distribution and Sherin at Beds ‘N’ Dreams North Lakes was absolutely amazing! She was super honest about what we could actually get with our budget, showed us a few different options that met our needs and then gave us the best discount she could. She even encouraged us to shop around elsewhere and to sleep on our decision before purchasing. Nothing else compared to the mattress she recommended and she even taught me a bunch of stuff about the kinds of bases that best support pocket coil spring mattresses and explained that the delivered mattress would be harder than the one in store as they’re Australian custom made. I highly recommend visiting Sherin if you’re looking for a bed and mattress! She’ll even encourage you to jump on your new bed which helps with the brand new stiff feeling… 10/10 recommend!

We recommended it to a family member initially, then recently bought a bed from the store.

The quality of the KS mattress we bought is terrific. My back has never felt so good when waking up. It won't be the last purchase though, we plan on buying another bed or two from here.

It's the go-to place for beds that has good old fashioned customer service, where the staff are always smiling, remember your name and sell quality beds and mattresses.

Helpful staff and solid timber furniture and best bit was I don't have to pull furniture out of a box and put it together

Sherin was wonderful to deal with. She was friendly and informative on the purchases of my just turned 3yr olds bed. I opted for a harder mattress as I found the one recommended for his bed too soft and bouncy. I'm disappointed with my choice as it's quite thick compared to the other mattresses and what I didn't notice at the time, brings the height
of the bed higher than a standard adult bed making it too hard for my son to get in and out - plus making it a little unsafe. The bed we purchased is a trundle bed so the base must sit higher than a standard bed to compensate for the height of the mattress and the draw underneath. I think it's important to highlight this to customers when making their purchase hence my 4 stars. Otherwise I'm very happy with the quality and style of this bed. Thank you.
