Beds N Dreams - Aspley

My son and daughter in law were looking for new bed yesterday as their mattress is way past its use by date and we wandered in to Beds and Dreams at Aspley to have a look at their mattresses. Galen was very good at showing them around all the different mattresses and they finally settled on a massage bed with sitting up functions etc. Galen was able to get them a very good price for the mattress and base and my wife were so impressed with the bed ourselves that we bought one as well. 10 out of 10 to Galen for his service and knowledge, would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a bed. We purchased the NeoLux Vantage Firm King Mattress from Gary at the Aspley store this year and it has been probably the best mattress we have ever purchased. I have had extreme neck and back pain for many years and this mattress has helped immensely. Gary has extensive knowledge and will choose the perfect mattress for you and your body type. We are very peticular with the type of bed base and mattress we choose to sleep on, and the team was extremely helpful! They showed us exactly what we wanted in less than 30 seconds of walking into the store

Delivery went just as smoothly. I'm not sure if assembly is offered with certain products, but we opted to just have it delivered. Even so, the gentlemen who delivered the base and mattress carried it into the room we wanted with very great care

We have wonderful and positive experience at Bed and Dreams Aspley. Both Gary and Lucy are passionate about their work and helped us in finding right beds and mattresses for our new home. The store provide flexible option of delivery and linked our both orders together and did not charge any extra delivery charges.

After disappointing experiences at other bedding shops (pushy salespeople) we couldn’t have been happier with the service and price we got with Gary (and Lucy) at the Aspley Showroom. Gary listened to what we needed, gave us the information we needed and allowed us the time to make the decision. Very happy with the Boston Plush Mattress that we settled on. Thanks Team!

Very disappointed. Was waiting over 12 months for my whole bed set. And was only given the delivery fee off the purchase in the end (Just over $100) and still have to wait almost a month to get it delivered. After no attempt to even apologise about the 12 month wait, I was told that it was my fault and said they could have sold it on me while waiting just over 2 months for me to be able to get the chance to make it in to finish the payment. Lights are faulty in bed head. Bed head is already loose with the bolts as tight as possible. Draws don’t fit properly. Will not be buying from here again.

I had being looking at beds for weeks it seemed like a sensory overload.
It was such a pleasure to meet Lucy who was absolutely wonderful. I felt right at home. Lucy answered all my questions and more. Not only did I find the perfect bed (I am so excited) I was introduced to a new brand of sheets I didn’t know about Tencel which I’m looking forward to experiencing their soft cool luxurious feel on my new Ultra Plush bed. Then I met the gallant Gary who listened to my concern about whether I had chosen the best pillow for myself. After listening to my needs he knew the perfect pillow for me. I feel like a winner today I am so thankful …Lucy and Gary you guys get AAA+ for your customer service. You have made my day. Thankyou ️

Just purchased a King size Manhatten plush. Really looking forward to receiving it. Was more comfortable then competitors mattresses in the same complex as well as a much better experience in the customer service which was provided to us from Galen. Would highly recommend.

I had Lucy who helped my partner and I pick out our perfect bed! She explained the benefits of each bed and didn’t rush us to decide, every question was answered and she was so lovely! 100% the best customer experience I’ve ever had, if you’re wanting the perfect bed, ask for Lucy!

My experience at Beds n Dreams was second to none. Gary went out of his way to help us choose our bed and went above and beyond to help us get a great deal. Highly recommend you go see Gary and his team at Beds n Dreams Aspley.

Absolute waste of time and money. 2 beds and frames complete unusable after less than 2 years. Both had a bow in the middle similar to multiple threads below. This was escalated to the manager, area manager and owner. Their collective response was to "buy another bed from us. " Don't waste your time. Horrible customer service. Will not go back. Whilst they talk about 10-15 year warranties, trust that it will likely fail in 2 years and they don't want to entertain any responsibility.

The sales person I got was very informative seemed to know her stuff, I was there for 2 hours trying out things and wasn't rushed had every question answered. Very nice people. A overall good experience which is nice considering I hate shopping and I get tired out easy. I'm very picking and I tend to give up easy when looking for expensive but found it stress free and worry free at this store.

No complaints would recommend.
