Bought a couch in 2015 (8 years ago!) Had a minor issue they came and picked it up fixed it and delivered for free. Am a customer for life won't buy a couch anywhere else. Australian made quality and excellent service.

My family and I bought a lounge suite from Becsons about 3 years ago and we still love it absolutely gorgeous furniture. They custom make your lounges to suit you. Very well made we have not had 1 issue in 3 years still the comfy sturdy couch we bought from new. I highly recommend shopping here for the perfect edition to your lounge room and the staff are very friendly and listen to what you want.

We're a family of 5 and have two separate living areas. When it came time to upgrade the adults room, our paralysis by analysis meant we nearly purchased an IKEA lounge. Driving home we spotted Becson Furniture and being local thought we'd take a look. My wife was sold as soon as she saw the designs and range of fabrics. We now have a custom coloured lounge, kept our money local and have a high quality product. The sales experience was nothing short of professional from start to finish. They delivered earlier than estimated and we couldn't be happier. We have now ordered more furniture and one off pieces. I can't honestly fault their service. This is the reason we should all buy local or at least Australian made.

The turnaround was fantastic and the lounge we purchased was made with great workmanship and looks amazing in our new home. I give Becson the highest recommendation if you want quality Australian made furniture!

Old fashioned designs, don't respond to emails and never answered the bloody phone, I wanted to buy locally made products, ended up spending $9000 on furniture made in Italy instead! Shame on you, you won't be here long if this kind of service carries on,!
