Really friendly and helpful service, surprisingly they have a reasonable range of stock. Prices are not too bad either. The rewards program is worth doing if you visit frequently.

The plants are always in a healthy condition and there's plenty of variety. Lots of stock on the shelves and staff are very helpful.

Staff here are excellent! Welcoming and helpful. I wish all customer service was to this standard. Keep on doing what you are doing!

Brendan in the trades department has the best customer service. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I was so impressed with the service.

All staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for Clint and the team. I often go in and tell them what end result i need and we invent a way to make it work. Plants and vegetables always in stock and suited to local growing.

Key cutting and special orders.

Has most things you would need in way of a hardware store. Entry is only through the carpark out the back. Everyone in town would know that, just visitors like us struggled to find the entrance while in a hurry. Good.

Absolute joke, answered the phone then had to wait while he went to get a pen. Tip #1 always answer the phone with pen in hand! Gave him a product number direct from Mitre 10 web site to be told "I don't know what you're talking about". The on hold dialogue says we treat you like family. But Mate I'm not your BRO!
Tip#2 get some customer experience training!

I just love going to this store. Service is always prompt and very friendly. Actually I have always found what I needed. The staff here are genuine and know their stuff.

I love this store, always have something but different & always make a special trip there when our friends from Sydney come over.
