Had my first waxing appointment with Danielle. She was very professional efficient and courteous. I will definitely be going back. Salon was spotless and very peaceful. Thank you Beaucare.

I am hiding my identity for fear of retribution; this would have to be the most unprofessional service I've ever used in Rockhampton they are abrupt, blunt arrogant and rude; they made (my procedure that will remain unnamed) so I cannot be identified horrible horrific and arduous, I would not recommend and would stay away, make sure you go to the people that are in the shopping centre much better service for a cheaper price.

I have been to Beaucare twice now, each time staff were very welcoming & professional. Sadly during my appointment I have had a fair bit of skin taken off under my eyebrow, which has lead to my eye being very swollen, blistered & red. I get my eyebrows done every 3 weeks & have never had this happen prior to today. Nothing was different to any other time, wax didn't feel overheated so not sure why this has happened. Either way, I am not happy as I can not go out as my eyebrows & around my eyes are horribly red, swollen & have no skin.

First time visiting, was nervous walking in but the ladies were absolutely beautiful and made me feel like I as at home. I had the massage and facial package. Let me tell you best thing I ever did for myself. Patricia was absolutely amazing and fantastic. Highly recommend her. Will definitely be coming back. Walked out feeling so relaxed and like a Brand new woman thank you so much Patricia

First time Visiting Beaucare and It was amazing. Being a Plus size woman I was abit nervous about receiving a massage but I was treated with respect and kindness. I went with the 30 minute Neck, shoulder and back and just within that 30 minutes it's helped so much.

I've had to change my review after my last experience- have been left with scarring after blisters, welts and bruises. After speaking to others, they had similar experiences and lack of responsibility.

I have been going to Beaucare for 12 months now for waxing and laser. My consultant Jo is amazing! Jo is very friendly and knowledgeable about her products and services. Don’t ever leave Jo!

I visited Beaucare today for the first time. I had a 1hr 15min massage. The staff at Beaucare were welcoming and I noticed the cleanliness of the place immediately. The staff were organized, on time and professional. The massage was perfect and the oils used amazing. I would recommend Beaucare and am keen to try their other services.

Our therapists were friendly and professional and we were both thrilled with our pedis and signature Beaucare facials. Highly recommend this local business for all your beauty needs.

I have had numerous facials at Beaucare, and my skin comes out feeling fresh, clean, hydrated and the results are only more obvious a few days later, with continued revived skin.

I received a Spa Day treatment for my birthday and came away totally refreshed like I had been on holiday.
From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect. It was a first for me having a pedicure and manicure at the same time by the lovely Sonia and Shelby. Shelby also does a great massage and a wonderful facial. Loved tge face and neck mask.
I highly recommend the day spa treatment for everyone, as a mum and grandmother we are always helping others which we love but at times we need timeout for use. So do contact the ladies at Beaucare for the special touch.

I make the drive up to Rockhampton from Gladstone for my appointments at Beaucare.
Is the 100km drive worth it? You bet!

Enjoyed a recent day spa treatment with Eleonora. An amazingly relaxing massage and a personalised facial with tailored advice for future skin care. It felt like I had been whisked away to a tranquil retreat far away from the busy week.

Booked in for a swedish massage and designer brows, loved the service provided and how calm and quiet it was, lady who performed my massage was amazing and made me feel so relaxed

Amazing service by the workers. Always on time for my appointment, they listen to what you want as well. I feel comfortable with body waxing from them. The beaucare signature facials are amazing and so relaxing. I would have to rate this place 5 out 5 stars and will always go back to them. I recommended this place to all my friends and family.
