Good bond clean.
Did not clean floors properly. Claimed that “marks on floors could not be scrubbed” which I then cleaned myself and they came up brand new.
They don’t clean walls like a normal bond clean.
Their website claims they have a guarantee of 7 days but did not return to the property to finalise the bond clean when required.
Failed to remove sticker residue from a mirror which took me 10 seconds to clean?
Claim to have a guarantee bond return but they did not clean everything that was required with a bond clean. Ie.spot marks on walls?
Don’t like the fact I had to pay $440 for a bond clean I then had to go finish off myself.

The B'Bright team did an exceptional job on my bond clean. The townhouse was spotless from top to bottom. There is nothing I can fault them on and I would definitely recommend them if you are wanting a professional and hard working company to do your clean.

I used Bbright cleaning for my furnished apartment that I rented through ray white. In addition to regular cleaning I needed the mattresses and couch steam cleaned and the rug deep cleaned.

They were punctual and professional.

I particularly appreciated they have a secure drop box at their office location where I could leave a key to my apartment as I was flying out and could not meet them in person.

When done ray white performed my inspected and gave me a full bond refund with 0 complaints.

I'll use bbright again when I am next in brisbane.

I recently moved out of my Spring Hill unit where I'd lived for two and a half years. I engaged B'Bright Bond Cleaning at the end of my lease and I'm thrilled with the results. Brian did a fantastic job. He was very clear in communicating with me what he would do and the extra charges on the day (these were to do with me having had a pet cat at the unit and a bit of a pantry moth problem). He worked very hard for many hours (thankfully we were able to leave the aircon on because it was so hot that day) and the results speak for themselves as I got my entire bond back. We used B'Bright Cleaning for our end of lease bond clean which included carpet cleaning and pest control. We had a 2 bedroom town house which was very old and had been lived in for well over 6 years. Jun did an amazing job, he was punctual and professional and the place was sparkling when he had finished. Communication was excellent. The town house had no air conditioning and it was a very hot day so thank you Jun for doing such a great job. This was the second time I used your services due to having an exceptional experience the year prior.
Bruce was friendly and courteous, he arrived promptly for a 7am start, and explained exactly what he would be doing, and how much it would cost.
I was amazed at how quickly he finished (he called me at 12pm to let me know he had completed the bond clean).
The place looked spotless, and the real estate agent (Coronis North) refunded my full bond 48 hours later, and they even commented on how well presented the property was!
As for improvements, to be honest I cannot think of any - keep doing the fantastic work that you do, and please cherish your team members because they are brilliant at what they do.

Had them booked for a bond clean a week ago. They rocked up today asking for $200 more than quoted, apparently the walls were just so much dirtier than they thought (was cleaned the night before in an attempt to make the job easier). When asked if they could simply not include walls, was told their not interest in job at all. Due to move out Monday and been completely let down by this business. Funny enough recommended by the real estate agent too

My interaction with Bruce was positive. He was early and had his cleaning equipment all sorted and ready to go. He cleaned the house very well. I could really see the difference when I came back into the house. And of course due to his hard work, I got my bond back.

I cant recommend B'Bright enough for their services. I rang around a number of places for an end of lease clean and B'Bright were the cheapest but also had the best reviews.
On the day the person who turned up was easy to deal with, on time and was flexible to include additional services such as cleaning a rug which we hadn't originally asked for.
We weren't around to see the end result of the clean but the real estate agency commented on how good it was and we got all of our Bond back.

Operative turned up exactly on time, was super helpful and helped me with some things that I needed to do around the house. Did a fantastic job and locked up tight. And found some stuff I had missed!
