BB Decking

Went to the BB Decking website and as they don’t appear to have the time to come out and quote onsite you are required to take the time to fill out a detailed form and submit. I got a reply the next day asking me another question that I answered promptly. Never heard from them again! Thanks for wasting MY time!

On a positive note I did come by some decking professionals who still offered the “ old fashioned “ service of coming out and doing an onsite visit from which I received a quote and follow up within a couple of days. Got an excellent price and subsequently a very professional replacement pool deck.

NOTE: After I posted the above review I was contacted by Ryan who does sound like a nice bloke and he explained e-mail problems he was experiencing at the time and apologized for the lack of response. Still doesn’t help me but will move this from a 1 star review to 3 star based on his other positive reviews.

All I can suggest is don’t leave all your eggs and trust in the internet website basket! Good Luck having a successful business Ryan.

We engaged Ryan and his team to construct a colorbond fence and horizontal slat gate for us in our new build. From the get go, Ryan was transparent with his advice and pricing. He provided us options to ensure we had the best value for money fencing.

Upon completion, his team did a walk around the property to ensure there were no tools, spare parts or mess left behind. Their team also hosed off the driveway at the end to make sure there was no dirt left behind.

We cannot speak highly enough of Ryan and his team. They were the consummate professionals - even to the point of making friends with our 2 dogs. They worked as a team and they delivered in record time (for us). The BB Decking online quoting system is a great way to work out what the likely cost of the work will be. Ryan did a on-site visit to verify the details. There was a small additional charge in my case for restricted access, but otherwise the online quote was fine. The team were able to do the job earlier than scheduled and had the lot finished in a day and a half.

From initial online quote - to site visit to confirm quote…. Showed up and got the job done. Happy with quality and the team were great. Transformed my outdoor area.

Ryan was great to deal with. The whole process was very professional. We had a large project which was completed very quickly and with excellent results. After seeing their photos I decided to use their services and I am glad I did. See the before and after.

I wandered down the front "lawn" to meet Ryan at 6: 30am who'd travelled a significant distance to arrive exactly when he said he'd be there. He double checked details of the fence that was about to be built and got started. In those few short minutes a swarm of guys had descend on the site out of nowhere like worker ants on a dropped honey sandwich at a picnic. By the time I'd made it back to my front door the guys had equipment ready and had launched into the stack of previously delivered timber like Americans at a Black Friday sale. I ventured out of the air-conditioning into the 31° day occasionally and was amazed ever time by the progress the guys were making. Everyone clearly knew what they were doing and everyone was always doing something. The whole process looked finely tuned for efficiency, something like what McDonald's tries for. The difference being rather than making burgers out of prefab components thrown together so as to resemble road kill, the quality of the fence and three gates here is exceptional. The entire job was done to a high quality in a single day.
