Good place to have some fun. Bowling floor isn't straight, literally pending to the left so it changes the balls' direction everytime. Not many other games inside. Cool staff

The atmosphere in this venue is nothing compared to when it was Bazinga. They don't take large mixed groups in the laser tag and have to sit until your group is called, group only 7 people but would have been better joining another group. They no longer provide food platters. Since the last time here, it just not the same exciting venue We will definitely not be returning.

Definitely would not recommend the staff are useless & the bowling lanes kept breaking down absolutely ridiculous.we left & didn't finish our game. Will not be back.

10 outta 10 would recommend this venue for parties! Staff are lovely, facilities are clean and inviting! Fairly priced games! Only place worthwhile in town that hosts an arcade and bowling alley!

Was put in lane 8 with two teenage boys. The kids rails were up and when we asked if they could put them down the staff said they were stuck. The pins often got stuck and froze and our games were wiped. After Playing into our second game (3rd round) everthing froze again and put on Lane 3. Again we had trouble with wrong scores, pins not being picked up or swept away. These mechanical issues should not happen. Upgrad needs to happen. We weren't even offered a free game for the hassle it caused us. Very frustrating with the amount of problems we sustained. Great place, but maintenance/upgrade.

Thanks to the team for helping me give my daughter a great birthday and especially to Taylor for looking after us all afternoon. She's amazing.

Called two hours before a booked party with 4 broken lanes. No offer to rebook or any alternative or compensation offered. Just a phonecall saying its busy and 4 lanes are shut and have to cancel.

Was great place when it was bazinga, not a fan now that Iplay has taken over. Quite afew arcade weren't working, very poor card scanners. Have to wait for credits to load onto card after wins on all machines, which you can miss out on extra credits/wins. Can't load multiply credits on any machine.
Very poor customer service.

No staff bowling not working half the games not working and 3 parties left to wonder what the heck to do when nothing works and no staff to assist

Super lovely place to attend, Ben while we were there was doing the most to make our experience worth while. Seemed like he was doing all the dirty work for his supervisors while we were there unfortunately. But otherwise he was lovely and totally made it worth being there, definitely will come back if that staff member is there again ️

Can't fault this place. Always an enjoyable time. Friendly staff. Lanes have always been available at short notice. Then after you finish bowling you can move over to the arcade area which is very reasonably priced and still spits out real tickets rather than loading points on a card. Great fun for the whole family.

This really is a fantastic business. The staff are some of the most friendly people I've met and my family always have a great time here.

Great place to Spend a few hours. Just need staff to focus on their job a little better and keep the place clean and have all the bowling balls away.

This place is just satisfactory. Nothing extra special and seems to be more expensive than other bowling places in Toowoomba. Food was a bit overpriced for what you got, and the interior is just outdated and run down unfortunately. Don't go there thinking you're going to a Zone or Strike bowling centre and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

The staff here were great. Very friendly and more than happy to help. Plenty of games and love the laser tag.

Fairly standard, bowling area is smaller compared to sunshine bowling, though this place doesn't specifically focus on bowling instead they have a large indoor Lazer tag, extremely fun and a large but cramped arcade

The kids absolutely love this place. My eight year old was excited for days about going to his mates party there. You never see anyone leave laser tag looking disappointed and all the kids love the novelty of bowling.
