As someone that has previously worked for Battery World I cannot believe this franchise is still allowed to operate.
The owner is incredibly arrogant. After 3 chances with this business I have determined that everyday is a bad day for him I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt as I trust the brand. NOT ANYMORE
Tried to sell me the incorrect battery for our yard (used car dealership) not only will this no longer pass roadworthy but it wouldn't last more than 12 months in the application.
He also advised I fit loose terminals to an auxiliary battery which is actually a fire hazard.
When asked if he can solder a connector onto the new battery he said they do not have a soldering iron in the shop.

The staff at Battery World Albion are very friendly, helpful and have excellent customer service. I recently called into the shop with a flat battery (which I jump started) and the staff member Keenan assisted me to have it changed and get on my way. I have been buying all of my batteries from Battery World here and in Macgregor as the batteries have a longer warranty and the staff always answer any questions I have. Highly recommend there guys! 5 stars!

Good price for a good brand & good quality battery. Really helpful & they have the right equipment to do a popper reset/recode on European cars. Around 40% saving on the dealer price for a better brand battery. I would recommend Albion Battery World

After jumpstarting the car on the day of a long road trip, we headed straight for Battery World Albion and Keenan was quick to diagnose and replace our battery. His service was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

Great service guys, care sat on the side of the road with a dead battery. Called up, 20 mins later Keenan turned up and fitted a new battery. Cannot fault that service, big thumbs up

The worst customer service I have experienced! When I queried one of their products regarding quality, I was talked over, constantly interrupted, and was told I "don't understand battery science". Didn't know it was a 'science' but I do know good and bad customer service and this is the worst I've experienced. Will not be going back and will never use Battery World again. There are other suppliers out there and Battery World will never get another cent from me.

I had so many questions when I went in and these guys really knew their stuff. Luke and all the guys there were so friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely terrible people, they quoted me a price over the phone and said it takes only 40 min to send out a person with battery to change it. However after few hours I had to follow it up again and finally when they turned up the price was like 25% higher than what they quoted me over the phone.

Friendly service, and have always found the staff very helpful. I had a issue with a product and the service and response was efficient and transparent.

The 2 gentlemen (skinhead and long haired) were very accommodating. I went to Albion shop earlier today to get a battery replacement for my mobile phone which still under warranty, unfortunately they don't have it in stock. So the staff sent me to Chermside instead, and when i got there man with eyeglasses suggested that I have to leave the battery to be tested and he also mentioned that why is the battery so cheap (I had the voucher $5-off). The other solution was I have to go back where I bought the battery, which is in Albion (public transport only). So in short, the Chermside shop would not replace my existing battery.
I head back to Albion shop, and explained what happened in other store. The other staff said to me that the warranty is nationwide, and gave me a sensible example; what if you bought from here in Albion, Brisbane and moved to Sydney, so do you have to go back to Brisbane for a replacement?
Anyways, the staff offered me the store brand/battery world brand for replacement and I accepted and I do not want to go back to Chermside again just to get the particular battery for my mobile phone (Samsung).
