Expensive well looked after battery died in 12 months and they wouldn't honour warranty, shame on you.

Today was the first time I set foot in a battery world store. A recommendation from another retailer who was unable due to their policy to fit the battery to my son’s Ford Focus as it was positioned underneath the firewall. The staff at battery world were excellent. I highly recommend them. How refreshing to see good old customer service. In the words of Arnie. “I will be back”!

Won’t sell you anything just to make a sale. I forgot the name (I think Andy/andrew?). Wanted to replace my battery but before selling me one, he did a diagnostic test and told me my current one is like Brand new so h doesn’t one to sell me a new one when I’ve still got a brand new condition one installed. Excellent customer service!

Had reason to beleive the internal van battery was not charging. Phoned Battery World Lawnton for advice spoke to David, who volunteered to do a call out. Good as his word he arrived and quickly located and corrected the problem. He also loaned me a brand new charger, on condition that I return this part to Lawnton. I was not charged for the call out either. On return I went to BWL.where the whole battery system was overhauled and new parts installed at a more than reasonable cost. Needless to say I was blown away by the prompt curteous and professional service by David and his team.

Was having battery troubles with my car, called a few places and Battery World had considerably lower prices in my area. Went in and was served by James, he tested my battery and alternater and installed a new battery for me and had me up and running again in a very short amount of time. I am very happy with the service I recieved and extra happy with the price. Would recommend anyone in the aread to go see them for all their battery needs.

Always a welcoming natural vibe from this store. The staff Chris and James are amazing, kind and show a true customer focused workplace with great teamwork.
With any problem a customer has, they are always willing to go the extra mile to provide support and advice to ensure they meet the customer’s needs EVEN if that means sending you to another business which shows they aren’t just out to get a sale out of you.
Unlike other stores I’ve visited these guys have never made me feel silly for asking questions and are always willing to share more in-depth knowledge so I understand and have the know how in the future should a problem arise.

Highly recommend Battery World Lawnton & the team. Unexpectedly found myself with a flat car battery & my unwell elderly mother in the car, while out & about on a Saturday. Some nice guys in the shop carpark gave me a jump but said I should probably get a new battery asap & to not switch car off. I called BWL in a tizz & they confirmed they had the right battery for my car, the price upfront & that I could come straight in for an install - no problems! We were in & out in less than 15mins. Staff were great. Knew their stuff. Super efficient & friendly. Explained warranty conditions etc. I did a bit of post purchase research & turns out I got a really great price on the battery type too comparable to other providers. So I'm very happy with and grateful for the service at Battery World Lawnton. Will use again for any battery needs without hesitation!

Great service, guys have all the correct gear to check your battery, and can fit a new battery if needed while you wait, with a warranty to get you going again.

I needed a battery for my car contacted Battery World Lawnton via email got a response asap from Hayden with a great price especially for a battery needed for stop/start ignition. Drove in and Hayden replaced it within 10 minutes. Hayden was efficient, friendly and knew his product well. Highly recommend.

Hayden was great on the phone and in person. Gave me 2 options and prices over the phone straight away. Fitted my new car battery and even replaced all the clips in the plastic. Lovely to see such great service.

My son called them for a battery to be replaced in his car. The guy broke the negative battery terminal bolt while changing the battery then told him he would fix it if he drove to the shop.right.he now couldn't start the car due to a broken terminal and was left stranded. I had to take time off work to come and fix what the battery world guy should have fixed immediately when he broke it.

Fantastic service. Resurrected a failed wheelchair battery, tested battery and charger for disabled person in nursing home and wouldn't accept any payment. Great to deal with, friendly and most helpful.
