From a TV add I made an enquiry, next day Anthony followed up and quoted us for a large carport, that week we had an emailed quote the price was right, so we went ahead. Once council approved with in a week we had the kit delivered, next day Doug and Jason made light work of it and in just over a day had the assembly installed, no fuss no mess.
Callum, recommended electrician fitted the lights.
We found the whole experience professional and seamless.

Bardera Patios installed a 14x4m patio roof for us and it was an excellent experience working with the team, and we were delighted with the end product. Mitch oversaw the project, he kept us updated and delivered everything to schedule. Jason and Dougie did the build in two days, gave us input and advice on any small design decisions we could make, and produced a faultless patio roof. Also very impressed the guys put as much effort to leaving the area very clean and tidy after completing the work. Couldn’t ask for more and the build and experience exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish I have been impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I had Mitch do the consult and quote, always going above and beyond, getting back to me in a timely manner and always willing to answer any questions I had. I had Rob and another guy (Im sorry I don’t have his name), complete the pergola for me, they finished the job extremely fast, left no mess behind and it looks incredible.
I absolutely love my pergola, really appreciate all the guys involved and the pricing was appropriate.

Brilliant from beginning to end, we can't rate this company high enough! From Steve who organised our carport to Morgan and Matt who built it. The boys had a tough job on a very slopey driveway and 110% nailed it!

A bit disappointing. The patio looks fine but caused a major roof leak as it wasn’t installed/sealed properly. Didn’t get much of an apology or follow up from Bardera. Initially was told damage would be repaired but didn’t get any calls or emails to organise this OR to check the leak was actually fixed. Luckily their installer Colin was kind enough to give me his number and came out 3 times to do the repair. They ended up paying our excess after we asked them to. Our roof is now covered in silicon and we have the hassle of dealing with insurance and trades to fix the damage

Patio looks good.however we had issues over the install getting done correctly and thought this was sorted, the install guys left the gutters and fascia's a mess and we discussed a plan to get them sorted but as soon as the work was complete no phone calls have been returned - on multiple occasions. We have been left really disappointed.
After the recent heavy rains the roof is leaking in all the places where the patio supports have been installed with water damage to the ceiling and due to the ill placed roof drainage pipe the water runs through the downlight in only moderate rain. We fell so let down and have very little confidence in the company in terms of any responsibility to follow up with any of these issues

The worst customer service I've experienced. Was contacted 3 times by myself & twice by Stratco who they contract to & no reply. If the customer service is disgraceful I certainly wouldn't trust them to build my patio. DO NOT recommend, I'd give negative stars if I could. Try Scally Projects, his customer service could not be faulted.

We recently had a new carport installed, the job is incomplete, unsatisfactory and we also have a damaged panel. The installation has not been completed to the specifications and height requirement we requested and does not meet our needs. After notifying Bardera about the issue they came back with ‘their’ idea of a solution which is also less than satisfactory. I am not impressed with the workmanship or the job which isn’t what we requested and therefore is incomplete til corrected.

From start to finish 5 stars! Anthony was great to deal with and very professional. He came promptly to quote and measure for our patio roof. There was a slight hiccup with delivery due to snap lockdown and another delivery was sourced immediately, I was kept in the loop and communicated with throughout the whole process. The guys who constructed the patio were professional and we are so happy with the result. Thanks guys! Would use again and highly recommend Bardera Patios

My point of contact on the Gold Coast was Trent Goldfinch, he was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole experiences, My partner and I go exactly what we wanted and it was a very simple straight forward process. Cant rate this man enough

When it came to install Adam and his team (sorry I forgot your names) managed to get it done in one day and were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The end results looks awesome and would use this company again without a second thought.

I highly recommend Bardera Constructions from the first point of contact with Trent who is extremely professional prompt and honest with excellent knowledge in design and construction and clear knowledge of council regulations also an extremely nice friendly person. He originally designed our pergola and we were very happy with the end product it looks fantastic. When it came time to do our carport it was a no brainer to contact Trent again he came straight over and helped us design a carport. Trent’s knowledge and ideas were extremely helpful during the whole process and he came up with a carport within our budget. Bardera Constructions kept communication throughout the whole process with Council approvals and letting us know who will be on site on which day and how long the whole process will take. From the first day Adam and Stu arrived on time and were extremely prompt and professional with excellent work ethics and their workmanship was of a high standard. I cannot speak more highly of Trent and the team at Bardera Constructions our house has been totally transformed and it looks amazing.

Highly recommend Bardera Patios, starting with Trent doing design and plans being very helpful and professional. Adam and Stuart did the install and they not only were punctual and efficient, they even worked through the rain on occasions and coming back Saturday morning to complete the job. We have recently had a patio added to our house by Badera Patios and we are so pleased with the whole experience and the result.
