Came same time last year and loved it but with a change in ownership I wasn't sure how it would fare.easily AS good if not better. This giant eclair was a little for show but at the same time i ate the whole thing it was that good!

This bakery on the Gold Coast was truly a gem. During my holiday, I treated myself to a delightful experience here, and it exceeded my expectations. Even the coffee was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to find the cabinets fully stocked at 9 am on a Sunday. Although I had plans to visit two other bakeries that day, I restrained myself and only indulged in one pastry from here. I had my eye on trying everything, but I settled for the snickers croissant, which, while not as crispy as I’m accustomed to, was incredibly tasty. It was generously filled with cream but a bit on the heavy side; I could only manage to eat half of it. We also ordered eggs on toast, which I didn’t capture in a photo, but they were quite good. Additionally, they had a wide selection of patisserie cakes, pastries, and other sweets, making it a definite must-try spot. Coffee is also great smooth and nutty flavour.

Bam Bam Benny is as good as it looks! Pastries and sweets are very well made, the dough for the custard bomb is so light and well balanced. Service was friendly and efficient, highly recommend! Thank you!

Buzzing place for brunch, staff were fantastic and food was great! Was very busy though so took a while for food to arrive but I take that as a sign of booming business

Lovely and thoughtful place to get breakfast, lunch, coffee or some yummy treats. Staff were very nice and caring. Nutella Bomb was incredible. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Ive been to bam bam 5 times in the last 2 years, and today again was another terrible experience.
Ordered a ham and cheese croissant….
It was as if they put the entire pig on the croissant, but that’s not the worst part…. It smelt awful: Sulfur/sour smell.

Now I’m a regular ham and cheese croissant eater, BUT this was horrible.
Such a waste of money- as they are quiet expensive there too. I tried to contact them to let them know and see what could be done, but have had no response.

I usually love coming to bam bams as the food is great but the staff seem to need to pay more attention when taking orders my hot chocolate which was meant to be on oat was made on full cream.hard to tell the first few sips with the chocolate in it but I know it was full cream as my stomach payed for it the rest of the day cheers bam bams for the extreme stomach cramps.

Delicious ridiculousness, when you need a sweet fix, don't go past this little gem, I can't wait to go back and try some other delectable delight.soon.

Oh, my goodness.yum yum. Absolutely delicious breakfast and we bought delicious treats for later. Oh.and they were scrumptious. I want more.

Excellent, delicious and most importantly consistent quality. The prices might throw you off first but it is worth every penny. Weekend brunch time can get really busy but that is when you can consider take away instead of a longer wait. Friendly staff and great service.

What a great place! I had Eggs Benny, my husband had bacon and egg, really delicious, good portion, I had a hash brown on the side and it was so crunchy and delicious! We also got a few take away pastries, can’t wait to demolish those.
Highly recommend stopping by! Plenty of seating, we were there at 9am Saturday and got a table immediately.
Looking forward ti bringing friends back here!

We arrived at 10: 40 and got our food at 11: 40, so it was 60-munite wait including the 20 minute outside. If you come here for a late breakfast you might end up having early lunch instead:) More than half of the desserts were also sold out when we ordered. The food was pretty good but whether the wait was worth it depends on how hungry you are.

Amazing tasting coffee, extremely smooth, tasty, and doesn't come at a temperature hot enough to boil the inside of your mouth.

The creme brulee was the best I have had before, super fluffy and creamy with a hard coating.

Bakery still great. Must admit the coffee not that good but can vary with barista. The decor getting dated and becoming popular with young families which can limit ability to have a quiet and relaxing breakfast. Still a place to be seen on weekends.

It was crazy busy when we went one Sunday morning for brunch, staff were running around all over the place, food wasn’t anything to scream about considering the prices but 4 star goes towards their desserts which were amazing

Service was ok. Pastries in the cabinet looked beautiful. We meant to purchase some after breakfast to takeaway but after our meal, decided not to.

Our table of 4 ordered a variety of things and none were very happy with it. The scrambled eggs came out on skinny flat hard to cut sourdough. The eggs were flat, not fluffy, tasteless and not salted.

I had the mushrooms on toast and it was delicious but cutting that sourdough was more than a little challenging.

My friend had a bacon and egg croissant but wasn’t well afterwards. She said it was greasy and upset her stomach.

Our coffees were more milk than coffee it seemed.

And they turned the music up inside so loud, we couldn’t hear each other talk and we were sitting outside.

A great place to enjoy a nice cappuccino. We also had our breakfast here. I took some pictures of other dishes. They looked so inviting! We will certainly go again. We could order via phone which was a very smart process, considering how packed it was on a Sunday morning. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff friendly and the service prompt.
