Very happy to find a reliable dentist who is professional and willing to help with my dental issues. Dr Virginia is great, she explains everything with patience. Also my son who had bad experiences with dental experiences really likes Dr Elsa.

Very happy with Balmoral Dental, Mr Dennis Han looks after my teeth and does a great job! I'm 61years old and had many mediocre dentists in my life. Dennis combines the best of technology with his skills to provide excellence in care. So glad I found Balmoral Dental!

Balmoral dental centre has always treated me with kindness and they really try to help you any way they can, I travel 40 minutes just to see them ^. ^ my regular dr wasn’t in but the other lady still made me feel really comfortable, they are all amazing!

These dentists are AMAZING and I mean amazing. Virginia is the first dentist I’ve truly trusted (they are not just there to try to sell you more services). She is incredibly knowledgeable and everyone including the receptionists truly care about you. I don’t usually write reviews but the customer service from this place is truly outstanding and I highly highly recommend. One of the only places open on weekends too!

Love this practise. I had the most painful tooth ache, booked online on a Saturday and they squeezed me in, I couldn’t believe it.

I’ve been a couple times since, most recently for a wisdom tooth to get removed to which they did in the practice in about 40mins, amazing dentist and follow up care.

I travel from Springfield Lakes just to go here. Fairly priced and great service. If you’re nervous about about going to the dentist like I am, I’d highly recommend this practice.

Very efficient receptionist found me an appointment within next day for urgent filling.
Minimum waiting on the day.
Dentist understood that I didn't want an xray because I would get that done when I visited my own dentist in Adelaide.

I had my wisdom teeth out here, I had a broken tooth and was in extreme pain and they booked me in with less than 12 hours notice. Everyone was so kind and they did everything to make it the most comfortable experience, it didn’t hurt at all! Nicole in particular was so lovely, friendly and thoughtful. I was so anxious and she made me feel comfortable. Truely can’t recommend this practice enough

Absolutely excellent. Never been so buzzed to go to the dentist. Virginia was so so informative and explained everything she was doing, I’ve never had such comprehensive explanations of what’s going on in my mouth. She showed me the x-rays and infrared scans of my teeth and talked through any spots to keep an eye on, and what is causing them. Little purple chewy pill showed any spots I’ve been missing when cleaning at home which was super useful. Answered all of my questions and was so patient and thorough. Receptionist was also very lovely and friendly. Highly recommend!

The Balmoral Dental Centre are brilliant, outstanding customer service by Nicole and Dentist’s Virginia and Sae are super friendly and professional. Unfortunately I’ve had teeth issues on Saturday and Sunday’s and these people are one of the few places open that can handle any type of issue. Many thanks to the wonderful staff that have helped me get out of pain and back to enjoying my food again!

Found this dentist back in 2019 when I had recently located to QLD and needed a last minute Sunday afternoon appointment, somehow I managed to be completely blessed with Dennis. He is full of knowledge, he’s kind, considerate and also takes your budget into consideration. There is no one else I would trust with my teeth. The best in brisbane. Balmoral dentist from the receptionists to Dennis you do an amazing job and I am forever thankful I stumbled across you guys. Highly recommend to everyone.

Dr Sae Mi Bok is a truly lovely dentist. Professional, expert, honest and gentle. Really appreciate the service I have received at Balmoral Dental (and as someone who broke my jaw and had extensive unpleasant prior dental surgery!) and the treatments I have had have all been competitively priced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very professional and thorough care. Also nice to watch TV on the ceiling during the treatment. Lovely bedside manners of the dentist and de tail nurse, and very kind receptionist who gave my daughter some pencils for colouring while waiting. Thank you
