Always have a good experience with them - I just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and they made me feel so safe and comfortable and was painless. Was in and out in 40mins, best dentist I've ever been to:)

SUPER HAPPY! After seeing Dr. Emad Hanna today and how he took care of me, it felt like this was my first ever proper dentist visit and I usually visit my old dentist every 6 months! The staff are also sooo lovely! I was met with Amelia at the front desk and another young lady (forgot name: () but truely felt taken care of and super comfortable! Price was amazing and super reasonable, I thought I was going to be charged way more for what I got today but I was shocked to see it was lower than I thought! Overall AMAZING, highly recommend and I’m excited to be coming back regularly!

I was looking to change my dentist for a very long time and have chosen to try this dental clinic and only wish I found them sooner. I cannot speak highly enough of their service! Dr Emad is an absolute star! I chipped my tooth and got it temporarily fixed while he explained and offered options (with photos of the actual damage), no pressure just honest options. I opted for the crown and was scheduled relatively quick for a fitting. I couldn't be happier with the results! I don't have private insurance and believe that their prices for the service provided is quite reasonable, reception staff are very friendly and efficient as well. So if you are looking for a dentist this clinic is the one you need!

I would not visit any other dentist. Since visiting bald hills dental I have had nothing but great experiences for fillings, cleans and orthodontic treatment. I am seeing Doctor Rob for a jaw expansion and I could not be happier with the treatment and the kindness from their staff.

It's been a very long time since I've been to the dentist as they make me nervous. I was recommended Bald Hills Dental and I can definetly see why from the moment I walked in to the clinic the woman at Reception made me feel comfortable and was friendly and informative and this continued throughout the clinic with all staff and doctors. I highly recommend Bald Hills Dental. Recently while eating ice cream my tooth cracked and broke away. Dr Emad was able to do a temporary repair the next day, which was later replaced with a crown. What I really appreciated about Dr Emad was every few minutes during the procedure he would stop and check that I was comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer your questions.

My partner and I started seeing Dr. Emad at the beginning of this year. All the girls and Dr. Emad are always super friendly, informative and make each visit really comfortable for us. 10/10 recommended.

Very professional and friendly establishment, TAS who was my dentist, explained the procedure and options, listened to my concerns, gave clear instructions for communicating with him during the procedure and was reassuring throughout the process, highly recommend this dental practice.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous. Dr Emad was amazing in both calming my nerves and removing the wisdom teeth pain free. I would definitely recommend going to this dentist!

I made an appointment with Dr Robert Lin for treatment and management of TMJ pain. It was clear from my first appointment that I was in good hands and I was finally going to receive the treatment I needed after being dismissed by many health professionals. I also learned a lot about what was causing the issues, and that my night time grinding/snoring was likely a results of airway issues. Dr Lin has been treating me holistically and not just my symptoms. I am almost three months into treatment through an expansion plate and the pain has improved so much. Dr Lin has also referred me to an ENT for treatment of my chronic sinusitis and deviated septum.

Fantastic practice, would not go anywhere else or recommend anyone else. Have gone here for my cleans and all work needed. I have now sent my sister here to see Doctor Rob and so far everything has been great. Very friendly staff!

I am aware that my child was requiring mild teeth alignment, so we went to see Dr Lin. I regret it with all my heart. Dr Lin said that after he put the braces in we would “hate him for a week”. Well, he underestimated his impact.

I blame myself daily for the following, as a mother.

The braces and expander that Dr Lin put into my child’s mouth was explained as “first class” and “wholistic”. I was told that my child would have wire in their mouth, which I thought was predictable, as this was normal getting braces, right? What actually happened was Dr Lin glued and welded the metal braces onto the teeth and then inserted a sharp unmoulded expander plate into their mouth that was inhibiting the tongue from touching the pallet. Oh did he tell you it’s created by NASA?

Immediately after inserting this **** my child was unable to talk, eat, swallow and was continuously bleeding (due to their tongue being impaled on the very sharp exposed wires on the roof of the mouth). We returned to the clinic after a few days after not being able to eat or swallow and they ground down the sharp sharp wires (ineffectually) and I was told they could remain in my child’s mouth for up to 18-24 months. Did I mention that the teeth were 98% straight before all of this?

Yes this hardware Dr Lin puts in mouths is prevented them from swallowing, eating, swallowing, school activities… and simple simple essentials like drinking water.

It became clear to everyone, including the school, this is NOT normal to have hardware in your mouth that makes you bleed daily. I impaled my tongue several times eating soft food on the open shape wired he had inserted in the cavity of my roof mouth.

The hardware that they use at this clinic may be effective but it is “brutal” according to two other dentists. And after the second second opinion we all agreed it should be removed.

***Even dentists within the center cannot wear Dr Lin’s plates. Avoid, avoid. Avoid!

Dr Imad has great experience and shows great care with my teeth. All the staff are fantastic and all works are explained thoroughly.

Great service, very clean. Felt very comfortable at every visit. After a tooth extraction and implant I felt no discomfort afterwards. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly local dentist

This place is highly recommended, couple years back lost my tooth and was looking for a well experienced dentist who can do painless implant, luckily found this dental clinic. The whole procedure took nearly 5 months Dr Emad Hannan is s well experienced in dental implants, I get nervous when it comes to any dental treatment, Dr Emad made sure that the procedure will be painless and he did it. It was 0% pain 0% swelling. Thanks to Dr Emad and his team. My best wishes and prayers.
