My daughter attended the gymnastics/ninja holiday program for the first time yesterday and the first thing she said to me at pickup was “all the people working there were SO friendly and I had so much fun! ” She mentioned Coach Becky by name but said they were all super nice!

As a parent I’m not sure if I could ask for more than that!

This place is awesome. Non-competitive, fun and strength building gymnastics. The coaches are lovely and my daughter loves going.

Great place to host a kids party, drain all their energy and get a work out, today was a nice spring day very cool and not too hot

Awesome staff and facilities. Always go out of their way to help. Staff are great with the kids. Quality and safe gymnastics training in a welcoming and non-competitive environment.

Fab OPPORTUNITY to get in touch with your inner child and have a blast. Great instructions. Felt very safe.

This is a great place for fun and creative gymnastics for all ages i gave it a 5 star because it is very good for not only learning gymnastics but also having fun and making friends.

My daughter loves this place, very friendly atmosphere, staff are respectful, highly skilled and very approachable.

Great coaches to take their time to make sure all the kids are involved that are in the class. They teach each child with care and small steps. The result after some weeks is confidence.

Great coaches who are very experienced and extremely nice, very welcoming, would recommend this place to anyone whether your a kid or an adult, they have a class just for you. Loved this Gym very much. Thanks to the lovely owners and coaches there. We will definitely be back.

This place definitely lives up to expectations. It's a fantastic set up and the staff couldn't be nicer. My 5 year old loves it and it's great seeing her confidence and skills develop.
From the warm-ups at the beginning to the way they get the kids to use the equipment you can see how much thought has gone in to it. They're very compassionate and supportive too which has helped my daughter greatly.
They do all ages tho and I can see older people doing parkour in the other room.

Hats off to Coach Robbie! He is patient and enthusiastic. My kids have progressed so much in the Free G Parkour class. Thanks Balance Gymnastics!

Left our original gym (Premier) to join Balance Brisbane; and been nothing but impressed. The coaches care enormously - to the extent where the gym owners are literally there every day to ensure quality. Note: We left our old gym (after 4 years of intensive gym) because of uncaring coaches.

The teacher did not gain the attention of the students before she began instruction, kids didn’t know what they were doing - and an accident occurred within the first 1minute of the session. The music was blaring and 2/3 of the class did not know the class had begun. Unimpressed from the moment instruction begun.

Would be one star - but the facility seemed clean, colourful with an array of equipment.

Awesome place. Took my 5 year old for a trial class and he can’t wait to start his weekly gymnastics:)

This is a non-competitive children's gym with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The coaches are experienced but fun and gentle in their approach, we look forward to our classes every week!
