I was so impressed with my experience. The staff were so friendly and well informed. This was my first optometrists appointment and as a young adult trying to figure everything out, I felt very comfortable with their advice. They had a wide variety of frames and good prices.

Have to give a shout out to Kara at the Toowoomba store! She was honestly such a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and polite, and just all round friendly and welcoming. I went to over 10 stores trying to find glasses I liked, and BN stood out not just for their style and choices, but because of the service I received! After choosing, she could not have been more helpful to make sure my new frames fit perfectly before I left the store! What a legend. BN you would do well not to let her go! Thanks heaps!

As someone who has been wearing glasses most of my life, visits to the optometrists are common, but I must say, I’ve never experienced a service like I did today at Bailey Nelson. I was a fan of their glasses on the website, so I decided to give them a try! I arrived, and the fantastic woman who checked me in fixed my previous glasses free of charge (from a different brand), then my experience with the optometrist was awesome. Michael explained everything so well, so that I understood why my prescription changes, and what sorts of options I had for corrective products if I would like a referral to see someone about that. I left feeling like I truly understood my prescription for the first time in 10+ years. Then, my awesome assistant spent so much time helping me pick out glasses that suited me, there was no pressure to “hurry up” at all. I have never been so impressed with an optometrist as I was today and I truly want to say thank you, and I’ll definitely be back to see these guys!

Store looks great staff is always so friendly and professional, on time follow up phone calls to see if everything is all good. Can't wait to get my new glasses.

Fantastic store!

My optometrist Michael was excellent. Explained the process and the aftercare very simply! Jaime was awesome on counter as well. Very kind to not just myself but other customers in-store and made the appointment quite enjoyable to attend.

Overall, the team at Toowoomba makes you feel better than “just another patient”!
