I was always offered wonderful service from the staff when I popped in on more than one occasion to have my glasses adjusted. When it became obvious there may have been a sight issue, I was assisted by the Manager Mimi to rectify the problem I was having. I was given an eye examination just to double check before my lenses were replaced with a more suitable substitute. I cannot thank the staff enough for their attention to detail and the customer service I was given, especially from Mimi, who went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved.

I have a weird issue with my eyesight and no optometrist has ever spent the time to get me the right prescription, until I went here. She used an old prescription from another store that was almost right and worked from it to finally get it perfect and now I can actually see. I won't go anywhere else now.
