3Best Childcare in Logan, we have been here since they first opened and cannot fault the centre at all. The educators are all friendly and so caring. Highly recommend, we look forward to being here for many more years.
My little guy started at Bahrs Scrub Early Learning on the day they opened. Since that first day I have watched him grow and develop into a confident and excited member of the child care family quickly building genuine trusting relationships with his educators in the nursery room. He has created special friendships with many of the staff and I have noticed that it’s staff from the whole centre that make an effort to get to know him and support him each day he attends. Since moving to the toddlers rooms, he is so comfortable that most mornings he walks right in, finds something that takes his interest and I will have to chase him down for a kiss and a cuddle goodbye.
The food is great, management are supportive and the staff are engaged and passionate. The centre pets are a great addition too. We love Gary and Gerty the goats and Shazza the turtle is super cute!
I look forward to seeing his learning journey as his time at BSEL continues
The centre is nice & teachers too however, unfortunately financially the management are bullish which really is spoiling the experience. They stuff up enrolment fees and try to overcharge me hundreds of dollars and the latest is being threatened with suspension for not paying my weekly fees on the day that they’re due!
Very rude and annoying. So a caution for people who value good, friendly service.
So an add on to my review, today my son was cut off from classes simply because I once again asked for my financial to be properly corrected, (as I’ve been threatened with suspension for not paying the incorrect fees) the director told the head that I had threatened staff & parents at the centre! Lies! My wife drops our son off. I am a respected public servant of the government and am horrified that the director of the centre has made such allegations to the boss to sway a decision to cut my sons schooling.
I will be taking this as far as I can. Horrible management.thank God for paper trails and phone call recording apps.
