Worst experience ever and will never purchase anything from here again! I'd been a customer for years until they refused to fix my $199 suitcase, which purchased just a few weeks before I took it with me on a holiday, then broken literally on the first week and been dragging it for the rest of my holiday. I loved the suitcase and wanted to keep it a little longer, but all my efforts going back to this store three times in one week was gone for nothing. Next time before you're going to sell suitcases, could you at least briefly explain your warranty policy to customers just to show a little compassion. Thanks
