Back2School

Horrible business! After the bookpack I ordered and paid for was not ready on their specified date to collect it, their was 2 books unavailable. Lady at shop said they would be delivered to the school the 1st week of February.they weren't. I tried calling to find out what's going on and I was told "how about you pay for the delivery". When I said no because they were meant to be delivered weeks ago, he hung up on me. Tried calling a different number and explained the situation to somebody else, she said someone will call me back. 4 days later, I still hadn't received a call, so I call. The man that answered was the one that spoke rudely & hung up on me. He is a nasty human being, has no idea how to speak to customers, is very rude, and when he doesn't get his way, and knows that he's in the wrong, he will hang up on you repeatedly and yell at you. All I want is the books that I've paid for which are 3 months late! He will also refuse to pass the phone onto someone more reasonable. I will never go through them again. Many children from the same school are missing these books. No email or call to say that the books aren't ready. No communication at all. This is not how you treat a customer.
