Axon is the best place for ADF housing entitlements and property investment.

The property investment journey is very complicated and easy to make a mistake that could cost a small fortune. Axon take on the complicated parts for their clients and provide extensive insight and education through every step of the process. My initial impressions of Axon was through their podcast Axons Unleashed. Their professionalism and knowledge expressed through the podcast made them an obvious choice. After meeting the team, I quickly commenced their success package, and now I have a property that has seen approx $150,000 equity growth upon completion of the build.

There is so much misinformation regarding investment properties in Australia, and defence housing entitlements. Axon is on top of this and educate their community as a part of the process. Axon is more than a company, it is a community, and a family.

I had an outstanding experience with Axon. Their friendly staff, impeccable communication, and exceptional client relationships set them apart. From the start, their warm and welcoming team made me feel valued. They maintained prompt and transparent communication, keeping me informed at every stage. What impressed me most was their dedication to understanding my goals and tailoring their services accordingly. This personalised approach resulted in a successful outcome. I highly recommend this company for their commitment to excellence and outstanding results.

Started off well but as our build went on the quality of service dropped. We noticed a rapid turnover of staff which gave me the impression that maybe there’s something going on behind the scenes. I then attempted to reach out for help as I felt I needed assistance and was experiencing regret in buying. I made an online booking only to be told on the day of the meeting at the last minute they were too busy doing handovers. Axon then removed and deleted the feedback I left on their instagram account and I was blocked. It appears they are more concerned with their imagine rather than helping a client who attempted to reach out.

The team at Axon have made our journey as first time property investors such an enjoyable experiance. From the moment we spoke with Axon we were so engaged and excited about the process, as Robbie and his team really take you on the journey of your personal finances with such care. The detail and knowledge that was provided to us throughout our journey gave us such confidence in the process and the team. But what a journey, if I could summarise in 3 words it would be enjoyable, informative and morish (because we can not wait to do this again!). Axon Property Group is far and away the best service I've come across.
My family have just finalised our second investment property through Axon - it has been a seamless process and produced extraordinary results. The second property in particular was under challenging circumstances, with COVID severely disrupting the construction industry; the Axon team went above and beyond in ensuring we were kept abreast of updates, had enough information without going overboard, and ultimately we felt as though we had never lost control of the process.
From initial coaching and advice, through build support and post-build services, Axon has always delivered above and beyond expectations.

Given my background in Finance before joining Defence, I was a little sceptical of the property group model and also the value the service would provide for me. I really wanted to get into the property market though and the location Axon suggested made a lot of sense. Being away so much with work, there is no way I could organise and project manage a build, so I took the leap with Robbie and the team.

The build is now complete and with Axon's help, my net worth increased significantly (2.5x) in 12 months due to the rise in property prices. The whole process was easy and despite being fairly risk adverse, I was happy to put my trust into Axon and allow them to do their thing while I lived my busy life. With the right amount of communication, I was kept in the loop throughout the various build stages. Investing in property was something we were thinking about but didn’t know where to start. In comes Axon… after a recommendation from a mate, we looked into it more. After watching many FB lives we took the next step and we started thinking ‘This may be possible’ and we haven’t looked back and now have one property under our belt with a plan for more in the future.

I first started my Journey with Axon back in 2017 after saving enough for a deposit on my first property. I really had no idea where to even begin my journey in property.
