Modern Gym, Great staff!
The equipment is all state of the art. The gym itself is well laid out and always clean. The staff are fantastic! Always on hand to help and for advice. Highly recommended!

I joined Avanti because fitness is my therapy, but I have never seen so many smiling faces in a gym before. Is it the 70’s/80’s music, great view, friendly people or the excellent staff that actually help & chat to me? Well, it’s all of the above plus the fantastic challenges on the Balance machine

Avanti is a wonderful Health Benefit Centre for the over 50s.very caring and considerate.i have to be in Sydney a lot.their consideration with my frequent and long visits due to family health issues is beyond reproach.thanks Matt and team see you soon. Kzz

Love it, it has such a lovely ambience, friendly and helpful staff, especially Bryce, Matt and Locky and the staff at the reception. Very clean facility, modern machines and not forgetting the beautiful view of the sea and Magnetic Island. I feel comfortable in my zone of the 50s and above gym

Great place. Friendly informative staff. Clean spacious facilities. Exercise machines well maintained. Meet and greets and info mornings as well. Regular reassessments by qualified exercise physiologists. What more could you want?

The staff are impeccable (I am told: P), the music is engaging, and not too loud, the centre is absolutely stunning! Giving off a "Hamptons meets the beach" vibe.
The equipment is state of the art, from Finland.and makes it very easy to stay strong and healthy.

Professional staff, high quality equipment. There is absolutely something for everyone here no matter what your ability. Would give 6 stars if I could!

A fantastic gym with modern equipment and assistance from exercise physiologists when required. A very pleasant and relaxed working environment. Love it!

Fabulous place for over 50's to get fit under professional supervision without needing to worry abt being the oldest person there, or not wearing the latest gym attire. Friendly, informative and excellent value for money. Also have regular education sessions on a variety of topics applicable to the more mature generations. They have social events so its a great way to meet new people too. Every program is specialised to the individual, and the equipment has the most amazing technology. Never enjoyed exercise like I do now and the view over Clevland Bay is amazing.

A wonderful inviting space to enjoy. Matt and his Team have been very inviting, support and I loom forward to working out in this space for many years. Having a thorough pre-assessment won me over, working with exercise physiologist to work on any injuries and imbalances. Did I also mention the fabulous view of Magnetic Island and the ocean.

I have never been to a gym before and I am enjoying this place. A comprehensive assessment and programmed exercises I can manage without injury. Best decision I have made in a while. Great job Matt
