Had John come out to replace My amp that had failed now this is a very complex system running 11 speakers and 2 subs so not just your quick install but he didn't have any problems working it out I would have know hesitation in recommending AV Concepts & Design the other thing was they arrived when they said they would and that's a bonus theses days

The best company to fix all your Audio Visual needs, I have used John and Paul for several years. Every time we move house or have needed to upgrade equipment, they come in a set up my TV's, sound systems and internet, so everything talks to each other and works seamlessly. I am so happy with the professionalism and knowledge this company has, they make a job that I have no understanding about seem so easy. Even when I had trouble with Telstra and their modem, Telstra couldn't help as the people they sent out had no idea, John could fix my problems.
