Amazing appointment with Elaine today! I had my very first injectionables treatment at Northlakes, so I was super nervous. Elaine was SO patient and understanding. She literally talked me through the whole process step by step. And thoroughly explained everything she was doing. Very informative and gentle. Such a great first time experience.

I usually don’t post reviews, but since it was a 5 star review for laser hair removal that initially made me choose North Lakes Australian Skin Clinics, I figured I would try and save others from a similar experience. I have spent hundreds of dollars and several years getting laser incorrectly without results. My first treatment worked and I saw instant results. I was then told that I needed to be moved to a new treatment room based on my dark ethnicity, regardless of explaining to them several times that I am of Irish decent, and have very white skin. I had asked for several reviews of my treatment, but they refused to change their approach. The laser stopped working, and the turnover of staff was high, meaning that every appointment I’d have to explain the problems with my treatment again and again. Finally, after 2 years I was told that they had used the wrong laser treatment, and moved me to the right laser treatment room. It started working, but then stopped again. I found out in my last appointment that the technicians turned the laser strength down which dulled its effectiveness. They then asked me if I wanted to buy 6 more treatments! Unbelievable. The whole process was insane. Steer clear at all costs. Go to Laser Clinics Australia, I’m so disappointed I didn’t go there in the first place.

I had a great experience this clinic with the lovely Mayuri.
She was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed a general interest in my skin and my concerns instead of rushing me in and out of my appointment like most chain companies do.
Would highly recommend this dermal technician to anyone I will definitely be back

I highly recommend to go see Amber for all your skin, laser and fat freezing treatments. She is the senior therapist in clinic with loads of experience and advice. She is professional and friendly. I would not go anywhere else other than Australian Skin Clinics at North Lakes.

Came in for a skin consultation the other day. First time with something like this, so I was a little confused with the process. Katie walked me through it all and explained everything. Made me feel very comfortable. Great staff and service!

Do not prepay for any treatments they will not transfer if you are unable to use the treatments, I called to advise my partner couldn’t make his appointment but they still took that as a no show and voided one of the treatments. They advised to email the manager but always just reject your request

This has been the most excrutiating experience I have ever had. I have a session left and do not want to go back after the painful procedure.this is about the 12 session I have had and it has never been this painfull. Technician wanted to put the blame on me, for the pain. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend.

I have used Australian Skin clinic, North Lakes for the last 2-3 years and have been happy with the results. Recently, I had Botox in the chin/jowls area and initially, pleased with the outcome. After my second treatment though, there was no physical difference. I gave it two weeks before contacting them and arranged a ‘review’ appointment. The outcome was disappointing, the nurse defended her procedure and said she would talk to her manager. That was on the 9th December 22 and I’ve heard nothing since. To me, it seems like they are happy to take your money but when a problem occurs, ie, a complaint, you’re disregarded. I will now take my money elsewhere as customer loyalty means nothing to them.

Jessica is very friendly and professional. I request her for every appointment. Clinic is clean and tidy. Easy parking.
