Australian Skin Clinics Indooroopilly

I had a very bad experience today with Australian skin clinic. I’ve booked my appointment for dermaplaning on the occasion of going holiday.
After reaching there at 4 pm on my appointment time. They were telling me they’re unable to do today due to illness of their technician.
I’m disappointed and frustrated. At least they can let me know by a text message or phone call, so that I could have booked any other
clinic. The lady in the register blaming the Manager for not communicating.

It was total waste of time before holiday. I’m really disappointed with the management of Australian skin clinic (Indooroopilly).

From the moment, I entered Australian skin clinics. I was very impressed with Callie’s calm and educated manner, Callie had wonderful eye contact and explained each product and how it targets area.
For such a young lady in the industry, Callie was very professional and knew all of the elements to skincare, and the benefits that you can receive from each procedure. I was totally relaxed during my High Performance Microdermabrasion I thought of my friend who could totally benefit from Callie’s calming nurturing disposition for her birthday. I purchased a gift voucher for her also after my treatment. Australian skin clinics, you are very lucky to have Callie part of your team, I will be seeing her again

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Callie. She was so friendly and welcoming, talking me through all the steps and products which I really appreciated as it was my first facial. My skin has never looked better. Thank you so much Callie!

Staff are so lovely! I’ve never had a bad experience they always make you feel so welcome! Special mention to their receptionist Renee who is very friendly and helpful. Will never go anywhere else.

Caitlin was amazing. She was suggestive and helpful without being pushy and reinforced self confidence which was a positive breath of fresh air for me. She was super careful with her injections and was so gentle it barely hurt. Highly recommend.

My Mum has been attending their clinic for 8 months, and it took me 3 hours to pick her up and take her to the clinic. I took half a day off work, and Mum and I attended the clinic, and was advised only at that time they couldn’t do the treatment because she doesn’t speak English. The staff ‘apologised’, however this is ridiculous. You’ve been treating her for 8 months, and I can translate on her behalf whether I stand outside to social distancing reasons or in the room if the area permit. This is just discrimination, what a waste of our time. There was no call prior to advise they couldn’t proceed but only until we got there, waited for her appointment and then was told they couldn’t go ahead for a procedure she has done 8-10 times already. There was still a pre-paid/complimentary session to go but they said there wasn’t any credit left. Just poor customer experience.

Really wasted my time. I have been getting laser for the last 12 years and am also a beauty therapist and have never ever heard that an anti depressant can cause any issues with laser. I have been waiting for my appointment for 2 weeks and then get in there to be told I need to have a patch test and wait a few days. I would have come in for my consult when I originally had it booked 2 days ago if I had know this could happen. Really disappointed and will never be back or recommending anyone. I would like to see proof of how this can affect laser when I've never been aware or asked this in the last 12 years.

I have my LED treatments done with Tereka. She is very kind and friendly. The whole experience is amazing!

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. My daughter's appointment got cancelled because she was 2 minutes late and she was offered another time 3 hours later. After wasting this time, she arrived early for the new appointment time only to wait another 30 minutes because they booked over her session. No respect for people's time, will never visit this clinic again.

I have been going to Indooroopilly ASC for a number of years now.
Amber at Indooroopilly ASC is an amazing clinician. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and I'm very comfortable when she is administering any treatments that I am having done.
I highly recommend a consultantation with Amber if you're considering having any treatments as you will then be fully informed and understand exactly what to expect. No surprises.:)
Plus Amber is so lovely and easy to talk to!

I cannot stress this enough - Ask for Butch if you are getting injectables. I've never seen an injector with as much attention to detail, care for symmetry and absolute artistry when it comes to beauty. She is unbelievably talented and so fun to talk to. I really can't say enough wonderful things about her, she really blew my mind with how amazing she was. No sausage lips or duck pouts with her, because she takes the time and knows exactly what she's doing!

I could not recommend Amber enough. Not only is she knowledgeable but her balance of professionalism and warm personality make you feel totally relaxed with anything she recommends for you. I travel nearly an hour from home just for her amazing service. She is the best and I will continue to use her for any treatments I require ever!

I had my lips done with butch.wow she was so gentle so caring, I was very nervous and scared I was going to have an unnatural look.she listened to me and used her skills to get results that I wanted and I couldn't be happier.she's such a sweetheart.

Friendly and well trained staff doing awesome work. I'm always greated with a welcoming smile from all the ladies here and leave more than satisfied.
