I just wanted people to be aware. A couple of years ago I bought a laser package. The clinic itself is good. The staff are friendly and amazing. BUT during the process of getting later I became pregnant twice and so I couldn't complete the cycles of lazer necessary. While this is not their problem. I tried to contact them and ask them about the remaining package. Whether I can continue with lazer etc. I couldn't get anyone to respond to me via their phone, Facebook or email. It cost over $1000 & I only got to go maybe 4 or 5 times. Just so people are aware. Note that the staff in the clinic are professional and friendly. Thank you

I had my first consult and microdermabrasion with Jess today. She was highly professional, well spoken and extremely full of knowledge. I have always been curious about skin and Jess has the educated answers to all of my questions, it's clear she has a strong passion for her line of work, she has definitely gained my trust.
She took all of my skin concerns seriously, gave me a clear, concise, well structured treatment plan tailored to my individual skin type. When doing my treatment she was precise and covered every inch of my face, (this is saying something as I've had a lot of micros at different clinics and at least 70% were very rushed jobs) Oh and BONUS her facial massages are so good they will literally almost put you to sleep. She will be my first choice from now on.

Awful experience
Jess was judgemental, tried to sell everything to me and made me feel pressured and unable to say no to things i didn’t want. I’ve never been so uncomfortable being served by someone in my life.wont be going here ever again

Eve was very professional and made me feel comfortable and reassured during my first treatment, can't recommend them enough.

Was booked in for a consult very quickly by the lovely and amazing staff at the front desk. Had the consult with Isabel who answered every question I had. Fantastic experience and I’ve already recommended a few people to come here.

I see Raz for my microdermabrasion and my skin always looks great after, it’s a relaxing treatment with massaging that’s the best part. Would recommend to friends and family.

Be aware that they don’t accept returns/their poor customer service. I bought a product by mistake, went back to return it within a few hours with a copy of receipt and an unopened product. The person at the counter was condescendingly advised me that I wasn’t able to return as the product itself wasn’t faulty or damaged even gave me some unwanted unscientific sales talk about the product. (She is not a medical practitioner, doesn’t know my skin type) If she was nice enough I would have accepted the way it was as I’m normally a quiet customer, but she has got the attitude. It’s best to purchase products from other stores/actual skincare brands, contacted the brand, they accept 30days return no questions asked. I have spent over $1000 there but will never go back. They give you sales talk and make you buy the products. I didn’t see a result, but kept trying an expensive product, I would have not bought the item if I knew it had an ingredient that doesn’t get along with my skin. They don’t accept returns for an unopened item after a few hours, that sort of hypocritical business don’t last long. Avoid and save your time/money:)

Always have good experiences at Australia Skin Clinics Garden City, Courtney usually does my laser hair removal and she’s always really lovely and is good at answering my questions, she makes nice chit chat throughout the appointment to put me at ease and always tells me what she’s doing and when and the other ladies I’ve spoken to there are always very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this clinic and the specials they do are really good value:)
