I had a Max RF treatment at Carindale recently. My therapist was amazing. It was one of my best experiences with a skin treatment for a long time at any clinic.

Extremely unprofessional staff, they changed my appointment from 8 pm to 4 pm, when I went there they said I had to Waite one more hour. Absolutely unacceptable admin and poorly trained front desk. To make it more specific the afternoon staff 16/01/2023 can get 0/10.

Booked in yesterday with the Business Manager. Explained had never had chin laser before. Ensured she was aware I have olive skin so checked to see they had a laser that could accommodate me. She said yes. Told me to buy a micro shaver, shave area tonight, come in tomorrow. I said thanks. Came early for my appointment the next day. Waited 10 mins. No one was at reception when I arrived. When a girl came out she asked me to sign a Consent Form to say everything had been explained to me thoroughly… I thought this was so weird because no one had gone through anything with me yet you’re expected to sign a consent form prior to them explaining everything? That’s not ethical. Then, a therapist came out saying my skin was dark. None of the machines were available. What a waste of my Saturday afternoon! Someone should have called me so I could reschedule. I only booked yesterday. I’m a new client too. I also noticed the girls don’t iron their uniforms and one therapist was walking around with a very hoarse cough! Wear a mask! You’re in close contact with customers. I told them they wasted my time. Then walked out and made an appointment with their competitor near by …. Definitely won’t be back! No professionalism!

The ladies at Carindale are really friendly and helpful. Tash has been treating my skin for the past two months and the results are amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and provides great advice for maintain my results. Highly recommend visiting for a skin consult - worth every cent!

Krystal, the best skin specialist I have ever been to! She is knowledgeable, effective, and so much fun to talk to! I highly recommend her and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin! All the staff members are welcoming, and their Customer Service was outstanding.

Bad experience at this clinic. Manager was rude and abrupt. Needs training to communicate to paying clients. Waste of my money don’t come back here!

I go here for injectables/Botox. I absolutely love the results but i do have to say the girls at the front of house/reception are really unprofessional and not very welcoming. One girl was having a personal conversation with whom I assume was a friend in between the walkway and seating area kind of blocking it off and right in front of me so close I could hear the conversation but not only that they didn’t even move when other clients were exiting I had to kind of turn my body to the side to let people pass. Like I said I love my results but I don’t go there for the warm welcoming reception.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Krystal has been amazing. I have had laser hair removal, micro derm and micro needling done. Very happy with my results. I would highly recommend going to Australian Skin Clinics at carindale.

I have been attending Australian skin clinics at Carindale since they first opened. The service is always great here. I have tried several treatments and have always left happy. I have had positive experiences with all the staff but in particular Krystal. She is absolutely passionate about what she does. She goes out of her way to make sure you're feeling comfortable and answers all your questions. I have referred many friends to this wonderful clinic.
