We were in this store and about to buy a hat.

Overheard the store clerk making loud racist remarks to another customer.

We walked straight out.

I visited this shop 4 years ago (pre-covid) and bought 4 pairs of lovely Australian Ugg boots for my sister and nieces. All the products in this shop are Australian made which impressed me at the time and the service was wonderful. These boots are still fabulous despite Holland's cold wet and icy weather. I decided to visit again this trip as my relatives wanted different colour's of the same boots. Still the same enthusiastic and wonderful service from the owner (Bob). Still the same great selection and quality of Australian made products in the store. I happily walked away with another 4 pairs of Australian Ugg Boots which were very reasonably priced and have made my relatives extremely happy.and yes a kangaroo leather hat and a crocodile belt for myself. Bedankt en tot ziens.

One of the staff was Honestly one of the most racist people I’ve ever met in my life. The way he spoke about Aboriginal people was absolutely disgusting. Do not support this store, they have appalling staff, will lie to you to sell products, and are extremely racist.

What a digusting and disrespectful way to treat your National animal like this. Be ashamed of yourselves

Kangaroos are not a pest. An introduced species is classified as a pest. The kangaroo is a native animal. Having a stuffed one in your window and claiming "tourist's" don't get to see one is wrong.

Why do you have a 'stuffed' kangaroo in your shop window? This is highly offensive to many potential customers who might otherwise be interested in your store. International tourists want to see live kangaroos, not atrocities like this.

I'm so ashamed how we treat our kangaroos. Roos left injured who suffer for days and joeys bludgeoned to death.
Just ask any wildlife rescuer and carer.
Your product both saddens and disgusts me.

I was disappointed I especially came to this store to buy a mens leather bag, only hearing back from the assistant, NO, no there are no mens leather bag. Poor reply, they have no stock, no stock because the Corona Virus, does this mean they get their stock, made in China.
What about Australian artisans, has the Corona Virus restricted Aussie Artisans and craft workers in this so called, Pandemic.

UGG has so many stores and so many cheap online retailers with so many right and wrong articles on its authenticity on the internet that it is hard to say which ones are fake and which are not. Well, this I went to this store today and the lady showed us the difference, she said original UGG has all letters same size where as fake ugg has the middle G bigger than other two letters. She showed us a fake boot (which was sitting in the customer show window strangely) and told us how that’s fake made by American companies in China.
Well, she helped me try a couple and she did seem to have good knowledge of boots. Even tough I bought the boots from her today $200 and paid cash (as asked for discount) I am thinking I don’t know if it genuinely was a real UGG store. Grrrr! Anyways, I would say study well before you buy your pair. I can definitely tell the boots I bought are awesomely soft

While visiting from England I was really hoping to get some official ugg boots, the ladies in the shop really know there stuff and only sell quality products, the enthusiasm and constant help, with nothing being too much hassle, was amazing and made my trip.so happy with my new ugg boots.thank you. The person I dealt with was very informative and she really knew what she was talking about. She was a pleasure to deal with and gave me excellent customer service. I'm excited to wear my UGG's when I go back to Canada!

I would like to thank the very helpful staff at the store in Cairns, they took the trouble to advise on why their boots are far superior to the normal UGG boots you would buy, especially as I had seen a pair at a store nearby that were made in Vietnam.
I bought a pair for my niece who is really pleased with them and if I want any more I will order them direct and have them shipped to the UK

Great customer service! I think the store manager helped me pick out some authentic Australian UGG boots. She had long, brown hair and was thin and pretty.sorry I didn't catch her name. Well she filled me in all about UGGs and the problem with counterfeiting. She was so knowledgeable and friendly! I ended up buying some Ugg boots, mittens and leather pouch. Her assistant packed all these items into a small parcel so I could get them in my already full luggage. Great shopping experience! Highly recommend!

Visited Ugg shop in Cairns for the second year running, have purchased 4 pairs of Ugg boots, not only did the manager know her stuff about the product she was selling, was also helpful telling us where to eat and get accommodation, I'm sure she will also remember us! When I say my Husband offered to give a hand with the hoovering lol.
